La qual cosa avendo udita i Filistei, ed essendosi propalato tra loro, che Sansone era entrato nella città, lo circondarono, e posero guardie alle porte della città: e ivi aspettarono quietamente tutta la notte per ucciderlo la mattina, quando partisse.
Y fué dicho á los de Gaza: Samsón es venido acá. Y cercáronlo, y pusiéronle espías toda aquella noche á la puerta de la ciudad: y estuvieron callados toda aquella noche, diciendo: Hasta la luz de la mañana; entonces lo mataremos.
And it was told the Gazites, saying, Samson is come hither. And they compassed him in, and laid wait for him all night in the gate of the city, and were quiet all the night, saying, In the morning, when it is day, we shall kill him.
The Gazites were told, “Samson is here!” They surrounded him and laid wait for him all night in the gate of the city, and were quiet all the night, saying, “Wait until morning light; then we will kill him.”
