Santiago 2

Assim se cumpriu a Escritura que diz: “Abraão creu em Deus, e isso lhe foi imputado como justiça”, e ele foi chamado amigo de Deus.

Y fué cumplida la Escritura que dice: Abraham creyó á Dios, y le fué imputado á justicia, y fué llamado amigo de Dios.

And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

So the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him as righteousness,” and he was called the friend of God.
