Isaías 9

Tú has aumentado la nación; Tú has agrandado su regocijo. Ellos se regocijan ante Tí como la alegría del tiempo de la cosecha, como los hombres se regocijan cuando ellos dividen el saqueo.

Aumentando la gente, no aumentaste la alegría. Alegraránse delante de ti como se alegran en la siega, como se gozan cuando reparten despojos.

Thou hast multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy: they joy before thee according to the joy in harvest, and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil.

You have multiplied the nation. You have increased their joy. They rejoice before you according to the joy in harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the plunder.
