5Yet didst thou meet Him who was rejoicing and working righteousness, Even them who in thy ways, remembered thee,—Lo! thou, hast been vexed, And truly we had sinned, Among them, was the prospect of an age to come, That we might be saved.

5Thou meetest him that rejoiceth and worketh righteousness, those that remember thee in thy ways: behold, thou art wroth; for we have sinned: in those is continuance, and we shall be saved.

5You meet him who rejoices and does righteousness, those who remember you in your ways. Behold, you were angry, and we sinned. We have been in sin for a long time. Shall we be saved?
