Isaías 59

Y la verdad fue detenida, y el que se apartó del mal fue puesto en prisión. Y lo vio Yahvé, y desagradó a sus ojos que pereciera el derecho.

Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.
