Isaías 56

Venite, beviamo, e ubriachiamoci, e quel, che e oggi, sarà ancor domane, e molto più. Morte del giusto. Minacce contro gli Ebrei idolatri, e iniqui. Pace, e consolazioni di quelli, che si convertiranno: il cuore degli empj è un mare in tempesta.

Venid, dicen, tomaré vino, embriaguémonos de sidra; y será el día de mañana como este, ó mucho más excelente.

Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.

“Come,” they say, “I will get wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and tomorrow will be as today, great beyond measure.”
