8Through oppression and through judicial punishment was he taken away; but his generationwho could tell, that he was cut away out of the land of life, that for the transgressions of my people the plague was laid on him?

8He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
