¡Acérquense, ustedes naciones, y escuchen; presten atención, ustedes pueblo! La Tierra y todo lo que la llena debe escuchar, el mundo, y todas las cosas que vienen de él.
GENTES, allegaos á oir; y escuchad, pueblos. Oiga la tierra y lo que la hinche, el mundo y todo lo que él produce.
Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that come forth of it.
Come near, you nations, to hear! Listen, you peoples. Let the earth and all it contains hear, the world, and everything that comes from it.
Pues el SEÑOR está enojado con todas las naciones, y furioso contra todos sus ejércitos; Él los ha destruído completamente, Él los ha entregado a la matanza.
Porque Jehová está airado sobre todas las gentes, é irritado sobre todo el ejército de ellas: destruirálas y entregarálas al matadero.
For the indignation of the LORD is upon all nations, and his fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter.
For the LORD is enraged against all the nations, and angry with all their armies. He has utterly destroyed them. He has given them over for slaughter.
Los cuerpos de sus muertos serán arrojados. La peste de los cadáveres estará por todos lados; y las montañas absorberán su sangre.
Y los muertos de ellas serán arrojados, y de sus cadáveres se levantará hedor; y los montes se desleirán por la sangre de ellos.
Their slain also shall be cast out, and their stink shall come up out of their carcases, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood.
Their slain will also be cast out, and the stench of their dead bodies will come up. The mountains will melt in their blood.
Todas las estrellas del cielo se desvanecerán, y el cielo estará enrollado como un pergamino; y todas las estrellas se desvanecerán, como la hoja se desvanece de la viña, y como los higos demasiado maduros de la higuera.
Y todo el ejército de los cielos se corromperá, y plegarse han los cielos como un libro: y caerá todo su ejército, como se cae la hoja de la parra, y como se cae la de la higuera.
And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.
All of the army of the sky will be dissolved. The sky will be rolled up like a scroll, and all its armies will fade away, as a leaf fades from off a vine or a fig tree.
Pues cuando Mi espada haya bebido hasta llenarse en el cielo; mirad, entonces descenderá en Edom, en la gente que Yo he separado para la destrucción.
Porque en los cielos se embriagará mi espada: he aquí que descenderá sobre Edom en juicio, y sobre el pueblo de mi anatema.
For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.

La espada del SEÑOR está goteando sangre y está cubierta de grasa, goteando con la sangre de los corderos y las cabras, cubierta con la grasa de los riñones de los carneros. Pues el SEÑOR tiene un sacrificio en Bosra y una gran matanza en la tierra de Edom.
Llena está de sangre la espada de Jehová, engrasada está de grosura, de sangre de corderos y de cabritos, de grosura de riñones de carneros: porque Jehová tiene sacrificios en Bosra, y grande matanza en tierra de Edom.
The sword of the LORD is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the LORD hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea.

Los bueyes salvajes serán asesinados junto a ellos, y los toros jóvenes con los mayores. Su tierra estará embriagada con sangre, y su polvo será hecho grasa con la grosura.
Y con ellos vendrán abajo unicornios, y toros con becerros; y su tierra se embriagará de sangre, y su polvo se engrasará de grosura.
And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.

Pues será un día de venganza para el SEÑOR y un año en el cual Él retribuirá por la causa de Sion.
Porque es día de venganza de Jehová, año de retribuciones en el pleito de Sión.
For it is the day of the LORD’s vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion.

Las corrientes de Edom se convertirán en brea, su polvo en azufre, y su tierra se convertirá en brea ardiente.

And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch.
Its streams will be turned into pitch, its dust into sulfur, and its land will become burning pitch.
Quemará día y noche; su humo subirá por siempre; de generación en generación será una tierra baldía; nadie pasará por ella, por siempre y para siempre.
No se apagará de noche ni de día, perpetuamente subirá su humo: de generación en generación será asolada, nunca jamás pasará nadie por ella.
It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.
It won’t be quenched night or day. Its smoke will go up forever. From generation to generation, it will lie waste. No one will pass through it forever and ever.
Pero las aves silvestres vivirán allí; el búho y el cuervo harán sus nidos allí. Él extenderá sobre ella la línea de medición de la ruina y la plomada de la destrucción.
Y la poseerán el pelícano y el mochuelo, la lechuza y el cuervo morarán en ella: y extenderáse sobre ella cordel de destrucción, y niveles de asolamiento.
But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and he shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and the stones of emptiness.
But the pelican and the porcupine will possess it. The owl and the raven will dwell in it. He will stretch the line of confusion over it, and the plumb line of emptiness.
Sus nobles no tendrán nada para llamarle reino, y todos sus príncipes serán nada.

They shall call the nobles thereof to the kingdom, but none shall be there, and all her princes shall be nothing.

Las espinas cubrirán sus palacios, ortigas y cardos sus fortalezas. Será una habitación de chacales y lugar de avestruzes.
En sus alcázares crecerán espinas, y ortigas y cardos en sus fortalezas; y serán morada de chacales, patio para los pollos de los avestruces.
And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be an habitation of dragons, and a court for owls.
Thorns will come up in its palaces, nettles and thistles in its fortresses; and it will be a habitation of jackals, a court for ostriches.
Los animales silvestres y las hienas se encontrarán allí, y las cabras silvestres se llamarán entre ellas. Los animales nocturnos se establecerán allí y encontrarán para ellos lugar de descanso.
Y las bestias monteses se encontrarán con los gatos cervales, y el peludo gritará á su compañero: la lamia también tendrá allí asiento, y hallará para sí reposo.
The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest.
The wild animals of the desert will meet with the wolves, and the wild goat will cry to his fellow. Yes, the night creature shall settle there, and shall find herself a place of rest.
Los búhos harán nidos, pondrán sus huevos, nacerán y protegerán sus crías. Sí, allí se encontrarán los halcones, cada uno con su pareja.
Allí anidará el cuclillo, conservará sus huevos, y sacará sus pollos, y juntarálos debajo de sus alas: también se ayuntarán allí buitres, cada uno con su compañera.
There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate.
The arrow snake will make her nest there, and lay, hatch, and gather under her shade. Yes, the kites will be gathered there, every one with her mate.
Busca a través del pergamino del SEÑOR; ninguno de éstos faltará. Ninguno quedará sin pareja; pues Su boca lo ha ordenado, y Su espíritu los ha reunido.
Inquirid en el libro de Jehová, y leed si faltó alguno de ellos: ninguno faltó con su compañera; porque su boca mandó, y reuniólos su mismo espíritu.
Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.
Search in the book of the LORD, and read: not one of these will be missing. None will lack her mate. For my mouth has commanded, and his Spirit has gathered them.
Él ha echado suertes por sus lugares, y Su mano los ha medido por una cuerda. Ellos la poseerán para siempre; de generación en generación ellos vivirán allí.
Y él les echó las suertes, y su mano les repartió con cordel: para siempre la tendrán por heredad, de generación en generación morarán allí.
And he hath cast the lot for them, and his hand hath divided it unto them by line: they shall possess it for ever, from generation to generation shall they dwell therein.
He has cast the lot for them, and his hand has divided it to them with a measuring line. They shall possess it forever. From generation to generation they will dwell in it.
