Isaías 30

Che siete in via per andare in Egitto, e non avete domandato il mio parere, sperando aiuto dal valore di Faraone, e fidandovi dell'ombra dell'Egitto.

Pártense para descender á Egipto, y no han preguntado mi boca; para fortificarse con la fuerza de Faraón, y poner su esperanza en la sombra de Egipto.

That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!

who set out to go down into Egypt without asking for my advice, to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to take refuge in the shadow of Egypt!
