14And he will break it, as one breaketh a potters vessel, dashing it in pieces without sparing it; so that there cannot be found among its fragments a sherd to rake fire from a hearth and to draw water from a pit.

14Y quebrarálo como se quiebra un vaso de alfarero, que sin misericordia lo hacen menuzos; tanto, que entre los pedazos no se halla tiesto para traer fuego del hogar, ó para coger agua de la poza.

14And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters’ vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found in the bursting of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit.
World English Bible
14He will break it as a potter’s vessel is broken, breaking it in pieces without sparing, so that there won’t be found among the broken pieces a piece good enough to take fire from the hearth, or to dip up water out of the cistern.”
