6For he has forsaken his people the house of Israel, because their land is filled as at the beginning with divinations, as the land of the Or, aliens; The LXX generally render Mytslp by fulistieim or fulistiim till about the middle of Judges, after which the word almost always used is allofuloi; In this there was probably some accommodation of sound to sense Philistines, and many strange children were born to them.

6Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers.
