Ve, pueblo mío, entra en tus habitaciones y cierra sus puertas detrás de tí; escóndete por un rato, hasta que la indignación haya pasado.

Anda, pueblo mío, éntrate en tus aposentos, cierra tras ti tus puertas; escóndete un poquito, por un momento, en tanto que pasa la ira.

Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
