23Tes chefs sont dissolus, se font complices de voleurs; tous aiment les dons corrupteurs et courent après les gains illicites; à l'orphelin ils ne font pas justice, et le procès de la veuve n'arrive point devant eux.

23Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.

23Your princes are rebellious and companions of thieves. Everyone loves bribes and follows after rewards. They don’t defend the fatherless, neither does the cause of the widow come to them.
