El SEÑOR tendrá compasión de Jacob; Él otra vez elegirá a Israel y los restaurará en su propia tierra. Los extranjeros se unirán con ellos y se unirán a la casa de Jacob.
PORQUE Jehová tendrá piedad de Jacob, y todavía escogerá á Israel, y les hará reposar en su tierra: y á ellos se unirán extranjeros, y allegaránse á la familia de Jacob.
For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.

Las naciones los traerán a su propio lugar. Entonces la casa de Israel los tomarán en la tierra del SEÑOR como sirvientes y sirvientas. Tomarán cautivos a aquellos quienes los han capturado a ellos, y gobernarán sobre sus opresores.
Y los tomarán los pueblos, y traeránlos á su lugar: y la casa de Israel los poseerá por siervos y criadas en la tierra de Jehová: y cautivarán á los que los cautivaron, y señorearán á los que los oprimieron.
And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.
The peoples will take them, and bring them to their place. The house of Israel will possess them in the LORD’s land for servants and for handmaids. They will take as captives those whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.
En el día que el SEÑOR te de descanso de tu sufrimiento y angustia, y del arduo labor el cual fuiste obligado a realizar,
Y será en el día que Jehová te diere reposo de tu trabajo, y de tu temor, y de la dura servidumbre en que te hicieron servir,
And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve,
It will happen in the day that the LORD will give you rest from your sorrow, from your trouble, and from the hard service in which you were made to serve,
tú cantarás esta canción burlona contra el rey de Babilonia: "¡Cómo el opresor ha llegado a su fin, la furia orgullosa terminó!
Que levantarás esta parábola sobre el rey de Babilonia, y dirás: ¡Cómo paró el exactor, cómo cesó la ciudad codiciosa del oro!
That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!
that you will take up this parable against the king of Babylon, and say, “How the oppressor has ceased! The golden city has ceased!”
El SEÑOR ha roto la caña de los malvados, el cetro de aquellos gobernantes
Quebrantó Jehová el bastón de los impíos, el cetro de los señores;

que golpearon a los pueblos en ira con incesantes golpes, que gobernaron las naciones en enojo, con un ataque que fue desenfrenado.
Al que con ira hería los pueblos de llaga permanente, el cual se enseñoreaba de las gentes con furor, y las perseguía con crueldad.
He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.

Toda la Tierra está en descanso y está callada; ellos comienzan celebrando con cantos.

Aun las hayas se holgaron de ti, y los cedros del Líbano, diciendo: Desde que tú pereciste, no ha subido cortador contra nosotros.
Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon, saying, Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us.
Yes, the cypress trees rejoice with you, with the cedars of Lebanon, saying, “Since you are humbled, no lumberjack has come up against us.”
El Seol abajo está ansioso de conocerte cuando vayas allá. Levanta a los muertos para tí, todos los reyes de la tierra, haciéndolos levantarse de sus tronos, todos los reyes de las naciones.
El infierno abajo se espantó de ti; te despertó muertos que en tu venida saliesen á recibirte, hizo levantar de sus sillas á todos los príncipes de la tierra, á todos los reyes de las naciones.
Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.
Sheol from beneath has moved for you to meet you at your coming. It stirs up the departed spirits for you, even all the rulers of the earth. It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.
Todos ellos hablarán y te dirán: 'Te has vuelto tan débil como nosotros. Te has vuelto como nosotros.
Todos ellos darán voces, y te dirán: ¿Tú también enfermaste como nosotros, y como nosotros fuiste?
All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us?
They all will answer and ask you, “Have you also become as weak as we are? Have you become like us?”
Tu pompa ha sido bajada al Seol con el sonido de tus instrumentos de cuerdas. Las larvas se dispersan debajo de tí, y los gusanos te cubren.'
Descendió al sepulcro tu soberbia, y el sonido de tus vihuelas: gusanos serán tu cama, y gusanos te cubrirán.
Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.
Your pomp is brought down to Sheol, with the sound of your stringed instruments. Maggots are spread out under you, and worms cover you.
¡Cómo tú caíste desde el cielo, estrella de la mañana, hijo de la mañana! ¡Cómo tú eres cortado al suelo, tú quien conquistaste las naciones!
¡Cómo caiste del cielo, oh Lucero, hijo de la mañana! Cortado fuiste por tierra, tú que debilitabas las gentes.
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
How you have fallen from heaven, shining one, son of the dawn! How you are cut down to the ground, who laid the nations low!
Tú habías dicho en tu corazón: 'Yo ascenderé al cielo, exaltaré mi trono sobre las estrellas de Dios, y me sentaré en el monte de la asamblea, en los confines del norte.
Tú que decías en tu corazón: Subiré al cielo, en lo alto junto á las estrellas de Dios ensalzaré mi solio, y en el monte del testimonio me sentaré, á los lados del aquilón;
For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

Ascenderé por encima de las alturas de las nubes; me haré a mí mismo como el Más Alto Dios.'
Sobre las alturas de las nubes subiré, y seré semejante al Altísimo.
I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Sin embargo, ahora tú has sido bajado al Seol, a las profundidades de la fosa.
Mas tú derribado eres en el sepulcro, á los lados de la huesa.
Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, to the depths of the pit.
Aquellos que te vean te mirarán y te prestarán atención. Ellos dirán: '¿Es éste el hombre que hizo a la tierra temblar, quien sacudió reinos,
Inclinarse han hacia ti los que te vieren, te considerarán diciendo: ¿Es este aquel varón que hacía temblar la tierra, que trastornaba los reinos;
They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
Those who see you will stare at you. They will ponder you, saying, “Is this the man who made the earth to tremble, who shook kingdoms,
quien hizo el mundo como un desierto, quien derrocó sus ciudades y no permitió que sus prisioneros fueran a sus hogares?'
Que puso el mundo como un desierto, que asoló sus ciudades; que á sus presos nunca abrió la cárcel?
That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?
who made the world like a wilderness, and overthrew its cities, who didn’t release his prisoners to their home?”
Todos los reyes de las naciones, todos ellos se postran en honor, cada uno en su propia tumba.

All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house.

Pero tú eres echado de tu tumba como una rama desechada. Los muertos te cubren como un vestido, aquellos atravesados por la espada, quienes bajan a las piedras de la fosa.
Mas tú echado eres de tu sepulcro como tronco abominable, como vestido de muertos pasados á cuchillo, que descendieron al fondo de la sepultura; como cuerpo muerto hollado.
But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.
But you are cast away from your tomb like an abominable branch, clothed with the slain who are thrust through with the sword, who go down to the stones of the pit; like a dead body trodden under foot.
No te unirás a ellos en el entierro, porque tú has destruido tu tierra y has matado tu pueblo. La descendencia de malhechores nunca serán mencionados de nuevo."
No serás contado con ellos en la sepultura: porque tú destruiste tu tierra, mataste tu pueblo. No será nombrada para siempre la simiente de los malignos.
Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.
You will not join them in burial, because you have destroyed your land. You have killed your people. The offspring of evildoers will not be named forever.
Prepara tu matanza para sus hijos, por la iniquidad de sus ancestros, para que ellos no se levanten y posean la tierra y llenen todo el mundo con ciudades.
Aparejad sus hijos para el matadero por la maldad de sus padres: no se levanten, ni posean la tierra, é hinchan la haz del mundo de ciudades.
Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.

"Yo me levantaré contra ellos"- esta es la declaración del SEÑOR de los Ejércitos. "Yo cortaré de Babilonia nombre, descendiente, y posteridad"--- esta es la declaración del SEÑOR.
Porque yo me levantaré sobre ellos, dice Jehová de los ejércitos, y raeré de Babilonia el nombre y las reliquias, hijo y nieto, dice Jehová.
For I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the LORD.
“I will rise up against them,” says the LORD of Armies, “and cut off from Babylon name and remnant, and son and son’s son,” says the LORD.
" Yo también la convertiré en posesión de búhos, y en estanques de agua, y la barreré con la escoba de la destrucción"--- esta es la declaración del SEÑOR de los Ejércitos.
Y convertiréla en posesión de erizos, y en lagunas de agua; y la barreré con escobas de destrucción, dice Jehová de los ejércitos.
I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts.
“I will also make it a possession for the porcupine, and pools of water. I will sweep it with the broom of destruction,” says the LORD of Armies.
El SEÑOR de los Ejércitos ha jurado: "Ciertamente, tal como Yo he destinado, así ocurrirá; y como Yo he propuesto, así será:
Jehová de los ejércitos juró, diciendo: Ciertamente se hará de la manera que lo he pensado, y será confirmado como lo he determinado:
The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:
The LORD of Armies has sworn, saying, “Surely, as I have thought, so shall it happen; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:
Yo quebraré al asirio en Mi tierra, y en Mis montañas lo aplastaré bajo pie. Entonces su yugo se levantará de ellos y sus cargas de sus hombros."
Que quebrantaré al Asirio en mi tierra, y en mis montes lo hollaré; y su yugo será apartado de ellos, y su carga será quitada de su hombro.
That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.

Este es el plan que es destinado para toda la Tierra, y ésta es la mano que es levantada sobre todas las naciones.

This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.
This is the plan that is determined for the whole earth. This is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations.
Pues el SEÑOR de los Ejércitos ha planeado esto; ¿quién lo detendrá? Su mano está levantada, ¿y quién la bajará?
Porque Jehová de los ejércitos ha determinado: ¿y quién invalidará? Y su mano extendida, ¿quién la hará tornar?
For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?
For the LORD of Armies has planned, and who can stop it? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?”
En el año que el rey Acaz murió, esta declaración llegó:

In the year that king Ahaz died was this burden.

"No se regocijen, todos ustedes filisteos, que la vara que los golpeó está rota. Pues de la raíz de la serpiente crecerá una víbora, y su descendiente será una ardiente serpiente voladora.
No te alegres tú, Filistea toda, por haberse quebrado la vara del que te hería; porque de la raíz de la culebra saldrá basilisco, y su fruto, ceraste volador.
Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent’s root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.
Don’t rejoice, O Philistia, all of you, because the rod that struck you is broken; for out of the serpent’s root an adder will emerge, and his fruit will be a fiery flying serpent.
El primogénito del pobre pastará sus ovejas en mis pastos, y los necesitados se acostarán en seguridad. Yo mataré tu raíz con hambruna que hará morir todos tus sobrevivientes.
Y los primogénitos de los pobres serán apacentados, y los menesterosos se acostarán seguramente: mas yo haré morir de hambre tu raíz, y mataré tus reliquias.
And the firstborn of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety: and I will kill thy root with famine, and he shall slay thy remnant.
The firstborn of the poor will eat, and the needy will lie down in safety; and I will kill your root with famine, and your remnant will be killed.
Aúlla, puerta; llora, ciudad; todos ustedes se derretirán, Filistea. Pues del norte viene una nube de humo, y allí no hay rezagado en sus filas.
Aulla, oh puerta; clama, oh ciudad; disuelta estás toda tú, Filistea: porque humo vendrá de aquilón, no quedará uno solo en sus asambleas.
Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou, whole Palestina, art dissolved: for there shall come from the north a smoke, and none shall be alone in his appointed times.
Howl, gate! Cry, city! You are melted away, Philistia, all of you; for smoke comes out of the north, and there is no straggler in his ranks.
¿Cómo entonces uno le contestará a los mensajeros de esa nación? Que el SEÑOR ha fundado Sion, y en ella el afligido de Su pueblo encontrará refugio.
¿Y qué se responderá á los mensajeros de la gentilidad? Que Jehová fundó á Sión, y que á ella se acogerán los afligidos de su pueblo.
What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That the LORD hath founded Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it.
What will they answer the messengers of the nation? That the LORD has founded Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people will take refuge.
