4Er richtet in Gerechtigkeit die Armen und spricht in Redlichkeit Bescheidenen im Land das Urteil. Er schlägt den Bösewicht mit seines Mundes Stock; den Frevler tötet er mit seiner Lippen Hauch.

4Sino que juzgará con justicia á los pobres, y argüirá con equidad por los mansos de la tierra: y herirá la tierra con la vara de su boca, y con el espíritu de sus labios matará al impío.

4But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

4but he will judge the poor with righteousness, and decide with equity for the humble of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips he will kill the wicked.
