Sia la tua gola una tromba con' aquila sulla casa del Signore, perchè costoro han violata la mia alleanza, han trasgredita la mia legge.
PON á tu boca trompeta. Vendrá como águila contra la casa de Jehová, porque traspasaron mi pacto, y se rebelaron contra mi ley.
Set the trumpet to thy mouth. He shall come as an eagle against the house of the LORD, because they have transgressed my covenant, and trespassed against my law.
“Put the trumpet to your lips! Something like an eagle is over the LORD’s house, because they have broken my covenant and rebelled against my law.
Mi invocheranno, dicendo: Dio nostro: noi popolo d'Israele ti abbiam conosciuto.
A mí clamará Israel: Dios mío, te hemos conocido.
Israel shall cry unto me, My God, we know thee.

Il tuo vitello, o Samaria, è stato gettato per terra. Il mio furore è acceso contro costoro. E sino a quando sarà impossibile la lor guarigione?
Tu becerro, oh Samaria, te hizo alejar; encendióse mi enojo contra ellos, hasta que no pudieron alcanzar inocencia.
Thy calf, O Samaria, hath cast thee off; mine anger is kindled against them: how long will it be ere they attain to innocency?
Let Samaria throw out his calf idol! My anger burns against them! How long will it be until they are capable of purity?
Opera d'Israele fu pur quel (vitello), e formollo un artifice, ed ei non è Dio, e il vitello di Samaria sarà come tela di ragno.
Porque de Israel es, y artífice lo hizo; que no es Dios: por lo que en pedazos será deshecho el becerro de Samaria.
For from Israel was it also: the workman made it; therefore it is not God: but the calf of Samaria shall be broken in pieces.

Semineranno del vento, e raccoglieranno tempesta: non vi sarà spiga, che stia in piedi, i suoi granelli non daranno farina, e, se ne dessero, la mangerebbero gli stranieri.
Porque sembraron viento, y torbellino segarán: no tendrán mies, ni el fruto hará harina; si la hiciere, extraños la tragarán.
For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk: the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up.

Israele è mangiato vivo: egli è divenuto adesso tralle nazioni come un vaso d'immondezza.
Será tragado Israel: presto serán entre las gentes como vaso en que no hay contentamiento.
Israel is swallowed up: now shall they be among the Gentiles as a vessel wherein is no pleasure.

Ma dopo che avranno a caro prezzo proccurati gli aiuti delle nazioni, io adesso li riunirò; e respireranno alcun poco dalle gravezze, che pagano al re, e ai principi.
Aunque alquilen á las gentes, ahora las juntaré; y serán un poco afligidos por la carga del rey y de los príncipes.
Yea, though they have hired among the nations, now will I gather them, and they shall sorrow a little for the burden of the king of princes.

Perchè Ephraim moltiplicò i suoi altari per fare il male; e i suoi altari furon principio de' suoi delitti;

Offriran sagrifizj, immoleranno, e mangeranno delle vittime non gradite al Signore. Egli adesso ha in memoria le loro iniquità, e punirà i loro peccati. Si rivolgeranno verso l'Egitto.
En los sacrificios de mis dones sacrificaron carne, y comieron: no los quiso Jehová: ahora se acordará de su iniquidad, y visitará su pecado; ellos se tornarán á Egipto.
They sacrifice flesh for the sacrifices of mine offerings, and eat it; but the LORD accepteth them not; now will he remember their iniquity, and visit their sins: they shall return to Egypt.
As for the sacrifices of my offerings, they sacrifice meat and eat it, but the LORD doesn’t accept them. Now he will remember their iniquity, and punish their sins. They will return to Egypt.
Si è scordato Israele del suo fattore, ed ha eretti dei templi. Giuda si è fatte molte fortezze; ma io appiccherò il fuoco alle sue fortezze, da cui saran divorati anche i suoi palazzi. Dio punirà Israele colla fame, e colla cattività, ne accetterà i lor sagrifizj, e perchè sono ostinati nel male, rigettati per sempre da Dio saranno spersi tralle nazioni.
Olvidó pues Israel á su Hacedor, y edificó templos, y Judá multiplicó ciudades fuertes: mas yo meteré fuego en sus ciudades, el cual devorará sus palacios.
For Israel hath forgotten his Maker, and buildeth temples; and Judah hath multiplied fenced cities: but I will send a fire upon his cities, and it shall devour the palaces thereof.
