ESTANDO yo curando á Israel, descubrióse la iniquidad de Ephraim, y las maldades de Samaria; porque obraron engaño: y viene el ladrón, y el salteador despoja de fuera.

Ellos van y vienen, pero no regresan a Mí, El Altísimo. Ellos son como un arco flojo. Sus oficiales caerán por la espada debido a la insolencia de sus lenguas. Ésta se volverá su burla en la tierra de Egipto.
Tornáronse, mas no al Altísimo: fueron como arco engañoso: cayeron sus príncipes á cuchillo por la soberbia de su lengua: éste será su escarnio en la tierra de Egipto.
