1"Kommt, lasset uns umkehren zu dem Herrn; denn er hat zerrissen, er wird uns heilen; er hat geschlagen, er wird uns verbinden. (a) 5Mo 32:39; Hio 5:18; Jes 30:26
2Nach zwei Tagen wird er uns neu beleben, am dritten Tag uns wieder aufrichten, dass wir leben vor ihm.
3Lasst uns streben, mit Eifer streben nach Erkenntnis des Herrn! Sobald wir ihn suchen, werden wir ihn finden, und er wird zu uns kommen wie der Regen, wie der Frühjahrsregen, der die Erde erquickt." -
4Was soll ich dir tun, Ephraim? Was soll ich dir tun, Juda? Ist doch eure Liebe der Morgenwolke gleich und wie der Tau, der bald verschwindet. (a) Hos 13:3
5Darum habe ich sie behauen durch die Propheten, sie getötet durch die Worte meines Mundes, und mein Recht geht auf wie das Licht.
6Denn an Liebe habe ich Wohlgefallen und nicht an Schlachtopfern, und an Gotteserkenntnis mehr als an Brandopfern. (a) 1Sa 15:22; Spr 21:3
7Sie aber haben den Bund übertreten in Adam; dort sind sie mir untreu geworden. (1) Ortsname.
8Gilead ist eine Stadt von Übeltätern, voller Blutspuren.
9Die Rotte der Priester ist einer Räuberbande gleich, die den Leuten auflauert; auf dem Wege nach Sichem morden sie, ja, Schändliches vollbringen sie.
10In Bethel habe ich schauerliche Dinge gesehen; dort hast du Unzucht getrieben, Ephraim, hat Israel sich verunreinigt. (a) Hos 5:3
11Auch dir, Juda, ist eine Ernte bereitet, wenn ich wende meines Volkes Geschick, wenn ich Israel heile.

1VENID y volvámonos á Jehová: que él arrebató, y nos curará; hirió, y nos vendará.
2Darános vida después de dos días: al tercer día nos resucitará, y viviremos delante de él.
3Y conoceremos, y proseguiremos en conocer á Jehová: como el alba está aparejada su salida, y vendrá á nosotros como la lluvia, como la lluvia tardía y temprana á la tierra.
4¿Qué haré á ti, Ephraim? ¿Qué haré á ti, oh Judá? La piedad vuestra es como la nube de la mañana, y como el rocío que de madrugada viene.
5Por esta causa corté con los profetas, con las palabras de mi boca los maté; y tus juicios serán como luz que sale.
6Porque misericordia quise, y no sacrificio; y conocimiento de Dios más que holocaustos.
7Mas ellos, cual Adam, traspasaron el pacto: allí prevaricaron contra mí.
8Galaad, ciudad de obradores de iniquidad, ensuciada de sangre.
9Y como ladrones que esperan á algún hombre, así junta de sacerdotes mancomunadamente mata en el camino: porque ponen en efecto la abominación.
10En la casa de Israel he visto suciedad: allí fornicó Ephraim, se contaminó Israel:
11También Judá puso en ti una planta, habiendo yo vuelto la cautividad de mi pueblo.

1Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
2After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
3Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
4O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goeth away.
5Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth.
6For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.
7But they like men have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against me.
8Gilead is a city of them that work iniquity, and is polluted with blood.
9And as troops of robbers wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way by consent: for they commit lewdness.
10I have seen an horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled.
11Also, O Judah, he hath set an harvest for thee, when I returned the captivity of my people.

1“Come! Let’s return to the LORD; for he has torn us to pieces, and he will heal us; he has injured us, and he will bind up our wounds.
2After two days he will revive us. On the third day he will raise us up, and we will live before him.
3Let’s acknowledge the LORD. Let’s press on to know the LORD. As surely as the sun rises, the LORD will appear. He will come to us like the rain, like the spring rain that waters the earth.”
4“Ephraim, what shall I do to you? Judah, what shall I do to you? For your love is like a morning cloud, and like the dew that disappears early.
5Therefore I have cut them to pieces with the prophets; I killed them with the words of my mouth. Your judgments are like a flash of lightning.
6For I desire mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.
7But they, like Adam, have broken the covenant. They were unfaithful to me there.
8Gilead is a city of those who work iniquity; it is stained with blood.
9As gangs of robbers wait to ambush a man, so the company of priests murder on the path toward Shechem, committing shameful crimes.
10In the house of Israel I have seen a horrible thing. There is prostitution in Ephraim. Israel is defiled.
11“Also, Judah, there is a harvest appointed for you, when I restore the fortunes of my people.
