Oseas 5

Perocché io son come una lionessa per Ephraim, e come un giovine lione per la casa di Giuda. Io, io farò mia preda, e me n'anderò, la prenderò, e a me nissuno la ritorni.

Porque yo seré como león á Ephraim, y como cachorro de león á la casa de Judá: yo, yo arrebataré, y andaré; tomaré, y no habrá quien liberte.

For I will be unto Ephraim as a lion, and as a young lion to the house of Judah: I, even I, will tear and go away; I will take away, and none shall rescue him.

For I will be to Ephraim like a lion, and like a young lion to the house of Judah. I myself will tear in pieces and go away. I will carry off, and there will be no one to deliver.
