Porque cuando Dios hizo Su promesa a Abraham, Él juró por Sí mismo, pues Él no podía jurar por alguien más grande.

Porque prometiendo Dios á Abraham, no pudiendo jurar por otro mayor, juró por sí mismo,

For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself,
