Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

Recuerden a los prisioneros, como si ustedes estuvieran atados con ellos. Recuerden a aquellos quienes son maltratados, como si ustedes también fueran ellos en el cuerpo.
Acordaos de los presos, como presos juntamente con ellos; y de los afligidos, como que también vosotros mismos sois del cuerpo.
Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.
Remember those who are in bonds, as bound with them, and those who are ill-treated, since you are also in the body.
Que el matrimonio sea respetado por todos. Que la cama matrimonial sea pura, pues Dios juzgará a las personas sexualmente inmorales y adúlteros.
Honroso es en todos el matrimonio, y el lecho sin mancilla; mas á los fornicarios y á los adúlteros juzgará Dios.
Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

Que su conducta sea libre del amor al dinero. Estén contentos con las cosas que tienen, porque Dios mismo ha dicho: "NUNCA TE DEJARÉ, NI TE ABANDONARÉ."
Sean las costumbres vuestras sin avaricia; contentos de lo presente; porque él dijo: No te desampararé, ni te dejaré.
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, “I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.”
Estemos contentos para que tengamos el valor de decir: "EL SEÑOR ES MI AYUDADOR; NO TEMERÉ. ¿QUÉ ME PODRÁ HACER A MI EL HOMBRE?"
De tal manera que digamos confiadamente: El Señor es mi ayudador; no temeré lo que me hará el hombre.
So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
So that with good courage we say, “The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?”
Consideren a sus líderes, aquellos quienes les hablaron la palabra de Dios a ustedes, y consideren el resultado de su conducta. Imiten su fe.
Acordaos de vuestros pastores, que os hablaron la palabra de Dios; la fe de los cuales imitad, considerando cuál haya sido el éxito de su conducta.
Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
Remember your leaders, men who spoke to you the word of God, and considering the results of their conduct, imitate their faith.
Jesucristo es el mismo ayer, hoy, y por siempre.

No sean llevados por diversas enseñanzas extrañas. Pues es bueno que el corazón sea fortalecido por la gracia, no por criterios sobre la comida que no ayudan a quienes viven por ellos.
No seáis llevados de acá para allá por doctrinas diversas y extrañas; porque buena cosa es afirmar el corazón en la gracia, no en viandas, que nunca aprovecharon á los que anduvieron en ellas.
Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
Don’t be carried away by various and strange teachings, for it is good that the heart be established by grace, not by foods, through which those who were so occupied were not benefited.

Pues la sangre de los animales, sacrificados por los pecados, es traída al lugar santo, mientras que sus cuerpos son quemados fuera del campamento.
Porque los cuerpos de aquellos animales, la sangre de los cuales es metida por el pecado en el santuario por el pontífice, son quemados fuera del real.
For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.

De la misma manera, Jesús también sufrió fuera de la puerta de la ciudad, a fin de santificar al pueblo por medio de Su propia sangre.

Vayamos, pues, a Él fuera del campamento, asumiendo Su vergüenza.

Pues no tenemos ninguna ciudad permanente aquí. En su lugar, buscamos una ciudad que está por venir.

For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.

Mediante Él, entonces, ofrezcamos siempre sacrificios de alabanza a Dios, alabanza que es el fruto de labios que reconocen Su nombre.
Así que, ofrezcamos por medio de él á Dios siempre sacrificio de alabanza, es á saber, fruto de labios que confiesen á su nombre.
By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

Y no olvidemos hacer bien y ayudarse unos a otros, pues tales sacrificios son los que agradan mucho a Dios.

But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

Obedezcan y sométanse a sus líderes, porque ellos velan por sus almas, como aquellos quienes darán cuentas. Obedezan para que sus líderes hagan esto con gozo y no con lamento, lo cual no tendría sentido para ustedes.
Obedeced á vuestros pastores, y sujetaos á ellos; porque ellos velan por vuestras almas, como aquellos que han de dar cuenta; para que lo hagan con alegría, y no gimiendo; porque esto no os es útil.
Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they watch on behalf of your souls, as those who will give account, that they may do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be unprofitable for you.
Oren por nosotros, pues estamos seguros de que tenemos una clara conciencia, y que deseamos vivir honrosamente en todas las cosas.
Orad por nosotros: porque confiamos que tenemos buena conciencia, deseando conversar bien en todo.
Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly.
Pray for us, for we are persuaded that we have a good conscience, desiring to live honorably in all things.
Yo les animo a ustedes aún más a hacer esto, de manera que yo sea regresado a ustedes más pronto.
Y más os ruego que lo hagáis así, para que yo os sea más presto restituído.

les perfeccione con toda cosa buena para hacer Su voluntad. Que Él obre en nosotros lo que es muy agradable ante Él, por medio de Jesucristo, a Quien sea la gloria por siempre y siempre. Amén.
Os haga aptos en toda obra buena para que hagáis su voluntad, haciendo él en vosotros lo que es agradable delante de él por Jesucristo: al cual sea gloria por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.
