vous savez en effet que, plus tard, lorsqu'il voulut recevoir la bénédiction, il fut rejeté, quoiqu'il la sollicitât avec larmes, car il ne trouva plus l'occasion de se repentir.

Porque ya sabéis que aun después, deseando heredar la bendición, fué reprobado (que no halló lugar de arrepentimiento), aunque la procuró con lágrimas.

For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

For you know that even when he afterward desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for a change of mind though he sought it diligently with tears.
