1Da dachte Gott an Noah und an alle wilden Tiere und an all das Vieh, das bei ihm in der Arche war; und Gott ließ einen Wind über die Erde wehen, so daß die Wasser sanken;
2die Quellen der Tiefe und die Fenster des Himmels schlossen sich, und dem Regen vom Himmel her wurde Einhalt getan.
3Da verlief sich das Wasser allmählich von der Erde und begann nach Ablauf der hundertundfünfzig Tage zu fallen;
4und am siebzehnten Tage des siebten Monats saß die Arche auf einem der Berge von Ararat fest.
5Das Wasser nahm dann immerfort ab bis zum zehnten Monat: am ersten Tage des zehnten Monats kamen die Gipfel der Berge zum Vorschein.
6Nach Verlauf von vierzig Tagen aber öffnete Noah das Fenster der Arche, das er angebracht hatte,
7und ließ den Raben ausfliegen; der flog hin und her, bis das Wasser auf der Erde abgetrocknet war.
8Hierauf ließ er die Taube ausfliegen, um zu erfahren, ob das Wasser sich auf der Erdoberfläche verlaufen habe.
9Da die Taube aber keinen Ort fand, wo ihre Füße hätten ruhen können, kehrte sie zu ihm zu der Arche zurück; denn das Wasser bedeckte noch die Oberfläche der ganzen Erde. Da streckte er seine Hand hinaus, ergriff sie und nahm sie wieder zu sich in die Arche.
10Hierauf wartete er noch weitere sieben Tage und ließ dann die Taube zum zweitenmal aus der Arche fliegen.
11Da kam die Taube um die Abendzeit zu ihm zurück, und siehe da: sie hatte ein frisches Ölbaumblatt im Schnabel! Daran erkannte Noah, daß das Wasser auf der Erde sich verlaufen hatte.
12Nun wartete er nochmals weitere sieben Tage und ließ die Taube wieder ausfliegen; doch diesmal kehrte sie nicht wieder zu ihm zurück.
13Und im sechshundertundersten Lebensjahre Noahs, am ersten Tage des ersten Monats, da war das Wasser von der Erde weggetrocknet. Als jetzt Noah das Dach von der Arche abnahm und Ausschau hielt, da war der Erdboden abgetrocknet;
14und am siebenundzwanzigsten Tage des zweiten Monats war die Erde ganz trocken geworden.
15Da gebot Gott dem Noah:
16»Verlaß (jetzt) die Arche, du und mit dir dein Weib und deine Söhne und deine Schwiegertöchter!
17Sämtliche Tiere von allen Arten, die bei dir sind, Vögel, Vieh und alles Gewürm, das auf der Erde kriecht, laß mit dir hinausgehen, damit sie sich auf der Erde frei bewegen und fruchtbar seien und sich mehren auf der Erde.«
18Da ging Noah mit seinen Söhnen, seinem Weibe und seinen Schwiegertöchtern hinaus;
19auch alle vierfüßigen Tiere, alles Gewürm, alle Vögel, alles, was sich auf der Erde regt, gingen nach ihren Arten aus der Arche hinaus.
20Noah baute dann dem HERRN einen Altar, nahm von allen reinen Tieren und von allen reinen Vögeln (je ein Stück) und brachte Brandopfer auf dem Altar dar.
21Als nun der HERR den lieblichen Duft roch, sagte er bei sich selbst: »Ich will hinfort den Erdboden nicht noch einmal um der Menschen willen verfluchen; denn das Sinnen und Trachten des Menschenherzens ist böse von Jugend auf; auch will ich hinfort nicht noch einmal alles Lebende sterben lassen, wie ich es getan habe.
22Hinfort, solange die Erde steht, sollen Säen und Ernten, Frost und Hitze, Sommer und Winter, Tag und Nacht nicht mehr aufhören!«

1Y ACORDÓSE Dios de Noé, y de todos los animales, y de todas las bestias que estaban con él en el arca; é hizo pasar Dios un viento sobre la tierra, y disminuyeron las aguas.
2Y se cerraron las fuentes del abismo, y las cataratas de los cielos; y la lluvia de los cielos fué detenida.
3Y tornáronse las aguas de sobre la tierra, yendo y volviendo: y decrecieron las aguas al cabo de ciento y cincuenta días.
4Y reposó el arca en el mes séptimo, á diecisiete días del mes, sobre los montes de Armenia.
5Y las aguas fueron decreciendo hasta el mes décimo: en el décimo, al primero del mes, se descubrieron las cimas de los montes.
6Y sucedió que, al cabo de cuarenta días, abrió Noé la ventana del arca que había hecho,
7Y envió al cuervo, el cual salió, y estuvo yendo y tornando hasta que las aguas se secaron de sobre la tierra.
8Envió también de sí á la paloma, para ver si las aguas se habían retirado de sobre la faz de la tierra;
9Y no halló la paloma donde sentar la planta de su pie, y volvióse á él al arca, porque las aguas estaban aún sobre la faz de toda la tierra: entonces él extendió su mano, y cogiéndola, hízola entrar consigo en el arca.
10Y esperó aún otros siete días, y volvió á enviar la paloma fuera del arca.
11Y la paloma volvió á él á la hora de la tarde; y he aquí que traía una hoja de oliva tomada en su pico: y entendió Noé que las aguas se habían retirado de sobre la tierra.
12Y esperó aún otros siete días, y envió la paloma, la cual no volvió ya más á él.
13Y sucedió que en el año seiscientos y uno de Noé, en el mes primero, al primero del mes, las aguas se enjugaron de sobre la tierra; y quitó Noé la cubierta del arca, y miró, y he aquí que la faz de la tierra estaba enjuta.
14Y en el mes segundo, á los veintisiete días del mes, se secó la tierra.
15Y habló Dios á Noé diciendo:
16Sal del arca tú, y tu mujer, y tus hijos, y las mujeres de tus hijos contigo.
17Todos los animales que están contigo de toda carne, de aves y de bestias y de todo reptil que anda arrastrando sobre la tierra, sacarás contigo; y vayan por la tierra, y fructifiquen, y multiplíquense sobre la tierra.
18Entonces salió Noé, y sus hijos, y su mujer, y las mujeres de sus hijos con él.
19Todos los animales, y todo reptil y toda ave, todo lo que se mueve sobre la tierra según sus especies, salieron del arca.
20Y edificó Noé un altar á Jehová, y tomó de todo animal limpio y de toda ave limpia, y ofreció holocausto en el altar.
21Y percibió Jehová olor de suavidad; y dijo Jehová en su corazón: No tornaré más á maldecir la tierra por causa del hombre; porque el intento del corazón del hombre es malo desde su juventud: ni volveré más á destruir todo viviente, como he hecho.
22Todavía serán todos los tiempos de la tierra; la sementera y la siega, y el frío y calor, verano é invierno, y día y noche, no cesarán.

1And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged;
2The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;
3And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.
4And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.
5And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month: in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen.
6And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made:
7And he sent forth a raven, which went forth to and fro, until the waters were dried up from off the earth.
8Also he sent forth a dove from him, to see if the waters were abated from off the face of the ground;
9But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth: then he put forth his hand, and took her, and pulled her in unto him into the ark.
10And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark;
11And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth.
12And he stayed yet other seven days; and sent forth the dove; which returned not again unto him any more.
13And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.
14And in the second month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, was the earth dried.
15And God spake unto Noah, saying,
16Go forth of the ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons’ wives with thee.
17Bring forth with thee every living thing that is with thee, of all flesh, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth.
18And Noah went forth, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons’ wives with him:
19Every beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl, and whatsoever creepeth upon the earth, after their kinds, went forth out of the ark.
20And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
21And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
22While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
World English Bible
1God remembered Noah, all the animals, and all the livestock that were with him in the ship; and God made a wind to pass over the earth. The waters subsided.
2The deep’s fountains and the sky’s windows were also stopped, and the rain from the sky was restrained.
3The waters continually receded from the earth. After the end of one hundred fifty days the waters receded.
4The ship rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on Ararat’s mountains.
5The waters receded continually until the tenth month. In the tenth month, on the first day of the month, the tops of the mountains were visible.
6At the end of forty days, Noah opened the window of the ship which he had made,
7and he sent out a raven. It went back and forth, until the waters were dried up from the earth.
8He himself sent out a dove to see if the waters were abated from the surface of the ground,
9but the dove found no place to rest her foot, and she returned into the ship to him, for the waters were on the surface of the whole earth. He put out his hand, and took her, and brought her to him into the ship.
10He waited yet another seven days; and again he sent the dove out of the ship.
11The dove came back to him at evening and, behold, in her mouth was a freshly plucked olive leaf. So Noah knew that the waters were abated from the earth.
12He waited yet another seven days, and sent out the dove; and she didn’t return to him any more.
13In the six hundred first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from the earth. Noah removed the covering of the ship, and looked. He saw that the surface of the ground was dry.
14In the second month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month, the earth was dry.
15God spoke to Noah, saying,
16“Go out of the ship, you, your wife, your sons, and your sons’ wives with you.
17Bring out with you every living thing that is with you of all flesh, including birds, livestock, and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply on the earth.”
18Noah went out, with his sons, his wife, and his sons’ wives with him.
19Every animal, every creeping thing, and every bird, whatever moves on the earth, after their families, went out of the ship.
20Noah built an altar to the LORD, and took of every clean animal, and of every clean bird, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
21The LORD smelled the pleasant aroma. The LORD said in his heart, “I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake because the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth. I will never again strike every living thing, as I have done.
22While the earth remains, seed time and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night will not cease.”
