1Dies ist das Buch von Adams Geschlecht: Am Tage, da Gott den Menschen schuf, machte er ihn Gott ähnlich;
2männlich und weiblich schuf er sie und segnete sie und nannte ihren Namen Adam, am Tage, da er sie schuf.
3Und Adam war 130 Jahre alt, als er einen Sohn zeugte, ihm selbst gleich, nach seinem Bilde, und nannte ihn Seth.
4Und nachdem er den Seth gezeugt, lebte Adam noch 800 Jahre und zeugte Söhne und Töchter;
5also daß Adams ganzes Alter 930 Jahre betrug, als er starb.
6Seth war 105 Jahre alt, als er den Enosch zeugte;
7und Seth, nachdem er den Enosch gezeugt, lebte 807 Jahre und zeugte Söhne und Töchter;
8also daß Seths ganzes Alter 912 Jahre betrug, als er starb.
9Enosch war 90 Jahre alt, als er den Kenan zeugte;
10und Enosch, nachdem er den Kenan gezeugt, lebte 815 Jahre und zeugte Söhne und Töchter;
11also daß Enoschs ganzes Alter 905 Jahre betrug, als er starb.
12Kenan war 70 Jahre alt, als er den Mahalaleel zeugte;
13und Kenan, nachdem er den Mahalaleel gezeugt, lebte 840 Jahre und zeugte Söhne und Töchter;
14also daß Kenans ganzes Alter 910 Jahre betrug, da er starb.
15Mahalaleel war 65 Jahre alt, als er den Jared zeugte;
16und Mahalaleel, nachdem er den Jared gezeugt, lebte 830 Jahre und hat Söhne und Töchter gezeugt;
17also daß Mahalaleels ganzes Alter 895 Jahre betrug, als er starb.
18Jared war 162 Jahre alt, als er den Henoch zeugte;
19und Jared, nachdem er den Henoch gezeugt, lebte 800 Jahre und zeugte Söhne und Töchter;
20also daß Jareds ganzes Alter 962 Jahre betrug, da er starb.
21Henoch war 65 Jahre alt, als er den Methusalah zeugte;
22und Henoch, nachdem er den Methusalah gezeugt, wandelte er mit Gott 300 Jahre lang und zeugte Söhne und Töchter;
23also daß Henochs ganzes Alter 365 Jahre betrug.
24Und Henoch wandelte mit Gott und war nicht mehr, weil Gott ihn zu sich genommen hatte.
25Methusalah war 187 Jahre alt, als er den Lamech zeugte;
26und Methusalah, nachdem er den Lamech gezeugt, lebte 782 Jahre und zeugte Söhne und Töchter;
27also daß Methusalahs ganzes Alter 969 Jahre betrug, da er starb.
28Lamech war 182 Jahre alt, als er einen Sohn zeugte;
29den nannte er Noah, indem er sprach: Der wird uns trösten ob unserer Hände Arbeit und Mühe, die herrührt von dem Erdboden, den der HERR verflucht hat!
30Und Lamech, nachdem er den Noah gezeugt, lebte 590 Jahre lang und zeugte Söhne und Töchter;
31also daß Lamechs ganzes Alter 772 Jahre betrug, da er starb.
32Und Noah war 500 Jahre alt, da er den Sem, Ham und Japhet zeugte.

1ESTE es el libro de las generaciones de Adam. El día en que crió Dios al hombre, á la semejanza de Dios lo hizo;
2Varón y hembra los crió; y los bendijo, y llamó el nombre de ellos Adam, el día en que fueron criados.
3Y vivió Adam ciento y treinta años, y engendró un hijo á su semejanza, conforme á su imagen, y llamó su nombre Seth.
4Y fueron los días de Adam, después que engendró á Seth, ochocientos años: y engendró hijos é hijas.
5Y fueron todos los días que vivió Adam novecientos y treinta años, y murió.
6Y vivió Seth ciento y cinco años, y engendró á Enós.

15Y vivió Mahalaleel sesenta y cinco años, y engendró á Jared.

21Y vivió Henoch sesenta y cinco años, y engendró á Mathusalam.
22Y caminó Henoch con Dios, después que engendró á Mathusalam, trescientos años: y engendró hijos é hijas.
23Y fueron todos los días de Henoch trescientos sesenta y cinco años.
24Caminó, pues, Henoch con Dios, y desapareció, porque le llevó Dios.
25Y vivió Mathusalam ciento ochenta y siete años, y engendró á Lamech.
26Y vivió Mathusalam, después que engendró á Lamech, setecientos ochenta y dos años: y engendró hijos é hijas.
27Fueron, pues, todos los días de Mathusalam, novecientos sesenta y nueve años; y murió.
28Y vivió Lamech ciento ochenta y dos años, y engendró un hijo:
29Y llamó su nombre Noé, diciendo: Este nos aliviará de nuestras obras, y del trabajo de nuestras manos, á causa de la tierra que Jehová maldijo.
30Y vivió Lamech, después que engendró á Noé, quinientos noventa y cinco años: y engendró hijos é hijas.
31Y fueron todos los días de Lamech setecientos setenta y siete años; y murió.
32Y siendo Noé de quinientos años, engendró á Sem, Châm, y á Japhet.

1This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;
2Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
3And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:
4And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:
5And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.
6And Seth lived an hundred and five years, and begat Enos:
7And Seth lived after he begat Enos eight hundred and seven years, and begat sons and daughters:
8And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years: and he died.
9And Enos lived ninety years, and begat Cainan:

25And Methuselah lived an hundred eighty and seven years, and begat Lamech:
26And Methuselah lived after he begat Lamech seven hundred eighty and two years, and begat sons and daughters:
27And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.
28And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son:
29And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed.
30And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and begat sons and daughters:
31And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy and seven years: and he died.
32And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

2He created them male and female, and blessed them. On the day they were created, he named them Adam.
3Adam lived one hundred thirty years, and became the father of a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth.
4The days of Adam after he became the father of Seth were eight hundred years, and he became the father of other sons and daughters.
5All the days that Adam lived were nine hundred thirty years, then he died.
6Seth lived one hundred five years, then became the father of Enosh.

18Jared lived one hundred sixty-two years, then became the father of Enoch.
19Jared lived after he became the father of Enoch eight hundred years, and became the father of other sons and daughters.

21Enoch lived sixty-five years, then became the father of Methuselah.
22After Methuselah’s birth, Enoch walked with God for three hundred years, and became the father of more sons and daughters.
23All the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty-five years.
24Enoch walked with God, and he was not found, for God took him.
25Methuselah lived one hundred eighty-seven years, then became the father of Lamech.
26Methuselah lived after he became the father of Lamech seven hundred eighty-two years, and became the father of other sons and daughters.
27All the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty-nine years, then he died.
28Lamech lived one hundred eighty-two years, then became the father of a son.
29He named him Noah, saying, “This one will comfort us in our work and in the toil of our hands, caused by the ground which the LORD has cursed.”
30Lamech lived after he became the father of Noah five hundred ninety-five years, and became the father of other sons and daughters.
31All the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy-seven years, then he died.
32Noah was five hundred years old, then Noah became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
