*C’est ici le livre des générations d’Adam. Au jour où Dieu créa Adam, il le fit à la ressemblance de Dieu.

ESTE es el libro de las generaciones de Adam. El día en que crió Dios al hombre, á la semejanza de Dios lo hizo;

This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;

Il les créa mâle et femelle, et les bénit ; et il appela leur nom Adam, au jour où ils furent créés.

Varón y hembra los crió; y los bendijo, y llamó el nombre de ellos Adam, el día en que fueron criados.

Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

Et Adam vécut 130 ans, et engendra †un fils à sa ressemblance, selon son image, et appela son nom Seth.

Y vivió Adam ciento y treinta años, y engendró un hijo á su semejanza, conforme á su imagen, y llamó su nombre Seth.

And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:

Et les jours d’Adam, après qu’il eut engendré Seth, furent 800 ans ; et il engendra des fils et des filles.

And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:

Et tous les jours qu’Adam vécut furent 930 ans ; et il mourut.

Y fueron todos los días que vivió Adam novecientos y treinta años, y murió.

And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.

Et Seth vécut 105 ans, et engendra Énosh.

Y vivió Seth ciento y cinco años, y engendró á Enós.

Y fueron todos los días de Seth novecientos y doce años; y murió.

Et Énosh vécut 90 ans, et engendra Kénan.

Y vivió Enós noventa años, y engendró á Cainán.

And Enos lived ninety years, and begat Cainan:

Et Énosh, après qu’il eut engendré Kénan, vécut 815 ans ; et il engendra des fils et des filles.

And Enos lived after he begat Cainan eight hundred and fifteen years, and begat sons and daughters:

Et Kénan vécut 70 ans, et engendra Mahalaleël.

Y vivió Cainán setenta años, y engendró á Mahalaleel.

And Cainan lived seventy years, and begat Mahalaleel:

Kenan lived seventy years, then became the father of Mahalalel.

Et Kénan, après qu’il eut engendré Mahalaleël, vécut 840 ans ; et il engendra des fils et des filles.

Y vivió Cainán, después que engendró á Mahalaleel, ochocientos y cuarenta años: y engendró hijos é hijas.

And Cainan lived after he begat Mahalaleel eight hundred and forty years, and begat sons and daughters:

Y fueron todos los días de Cainán novecientos y diez años; y murió.

Et Mahalaleël vécut 65 ans, et engendra Jéred.

Y vivió Mahalaleel sesenta y cinco años, y engendró á Jared.

And Mahalaleel lived sixty and five years, and begat Jared:

Mahalalel lived sixty-five years, then became the father of Jared.

Et Mahalaleël, après qu’il eut engendré Jéred, vécut 830 ans ; et il engendra des fils et des filles.

Et Jéred vécut 162 ans, et engendra Hénoc.

Y vivió Jared ciento sesenta y dos años, y engendró á Henoch.

Et Hénoc, après qu’il eut engendré Methushélah, marcha avec Dieu 300 ans ; et il engendra des fils et des filles.

Y caminó Henoch con Dios, después que engendró á Mathusalam, trescientos años: y engendró hijos é hijas.

And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:

After Methuselah’s birth, Enoch walked with God for three hundred years, and became the father of more sons and daughters.

Et tous les jours de Hénoc furent 365 ans.

Y fueron todos los días de Henoch trescientos sesenta y cinco años.

And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:

Et Hénoc marcha avec Dieu ; et il ne fut plus, car Dieu le prit.

Caminó, pues, Henoch con Dios, y desapareció, porque le llevó Dios.

Et Methushélah vécut 187 ans, et engendra Lémec.

Y vivió Mathusalam ciento ochenta y siete años, y engendró á Lamech.

Et Methushélah, après qu’il eut engendré Lémec, vécut 782 ans ; et il engendra des fils et des filles.

Y vivió Mathusalam, después que engendró á Lamech, setecientos ochenta y dos años: y engendró hijos é hijas.

And Methuselah lived after he begat Lamech seven hundred eighty and two years, and begat sons and daughters:

Et tous les jours de Methushélah furent 969 ans ; et il mourut.

Fueron, pues, todos los días de Mathusalam, novecientos sesenta y nueve años; y murió.

Et Lémec vécut 182 ans, et engendra un fils ;

et il appela son nom Noé, disant : Celui-ci nous consolera à l’égard de notre ouvrage et du travail de nos mains, à cause du sol que l’Éternel a maudit.

Y llamó su nombre Noé, diciendo: Este nos aliviará de nuestras obras, y del trabajo de nuestras manos, á causa de la tierra que Jehová maldijo.

And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed.

He named him Noah, saying, “This one will comfort us in our work and in the toil of our hands, caused by the ground which the LORD has cursed.”

Et Lémec, après qu’il eut engendré Noé, vécut 595 ans ; et il engendra des fils et des filles.

Y vivió Lamech, después que engendró á Noé, quinientos noventa y cinco años: y engendró hijos é hijas.

And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and begat sons and daughters:

Et tous les jours de Lémec furent 777 ans ; et il mourut.

Y fueron todos los días de Lamech setecientos setenta y siete años; y murió.

Et Noé était âgé de 500 ans, et Noé engendra Sem, Cham, et Japheth.

Y siendo Noé de quinientos años, engendró á Sem, Châm, y á Japhet.

And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

Noah was five hundred years old, then Noah became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
