Juda ist ein junger Lowe. Du bist hoch kommen, mein Sohn, durch grofte Siege. Er hat niedergekniet und sich gelagert wie ein Lowe und wie eine Lowin; wer will sich wider ihn auflehnen?

Cachorro de león Judá: de la presa subiste, hijo mío: encorvóse, echóse como león, así como león viejo; ¿quién lo despertará?

Judah is a lion’s whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?

Judah is a lion’s cub. From the prey, my son, you have gone up. He stooped down, he crouched as a lion, as a lioness. Who will rouse him up?
