Er wird sein Füllen an den Weinstock binden und seiner Eselin Sohn an den edlen Reben. Erwird sein Kleid in Wein waschen und seinen Mantel in Weinbeerblut.

Atando á la vid su pollino, y á la cepa el hijo de su asna, lavó en el vino su vestido, y en la sangre de uvas su manto:

Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass’s colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes:

Binding his foal to the vine, his donkey’s colt to the choice vine, he has washed his garments in wine, his robes in the blood of grapes.
