Génesis 42

Rubén habló con su padre diciéndole: "Tú podrás matar a mis dos hijos si yo no traigo de vuelta a Benjamín. Ponlo en mis manos, y yo te lo traeré de vuelta nuevamente."

Y Rubén habló á su padre, diciendo: Harás morir á mis dos hijos, si no te lo volviere; entrégalo en mi mano, que yo lo volveré á ti.

And Reuben spake unto his father, saying, Slay my two sons, if I bring him not to thee: deliver him into my hand, and I will bring him to thee again.

Reuben spoke to his father, saying, “Kill my two sons, if I don’t bring him to you. Entrust him to my care, and I will bring him to you again.”
