Als nun einer in der Herberge seinen Sack auftat, um seinem Esel Futter zu geben, sah er sein Geld oben im Sacke liegen.

Y abriendo uno de ellos su saco para dar de comer á su asno en el mesón, vió su dinero que estaba en la boca de su costal.

And as one of them opened his sack to give his ass provender in the inn, he espied his money; for, behold, it was in his sack’s mouth.
