Die Schlange nun erwies sich als das vorsichtigste aller wildlebenden Tiere des Feldes, die JHWH Gott gemacht hatte. So begann sie zur Frau zu sprechen: Sollte Gott wirklich gesagt haben: Ihr dürft nicht von jedem Baum des Gartens essen?
EMPERO la serpiente era astuta, más que todos los animales del campo que Jehová Dios había hecho; la cual dijo á la mujer: ¿Conque Dios os ha dicho: No comáis de todo árbol del huerto?
Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
Now the serpent was more subtle than any animal of the field which the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, “Has God really said, ‘You shall not eat of any tree of the garden’?”
Darauf sprach die Frau zur Schlange: Von der Frucht der Bäume des Gartens dürfen wir essen.
Y la mujer respondió á la serpiente: Del fruto de los árboles del huerto comemos;
And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees of the garden,
Aber von der Frucht des Baumes, der in der Mitte des Gartens ist, hat Gott gesagt: Ihr sollt nicht davon essen, nein, ihr sollt sie nicht anrühren, damit ihr nicht sterbt.
Mas del fruto del árbol que está en medio del huerto dijo Dios: No comeréis de él, ni le tocaréis, porque no muráis.
But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
but not the fruit of the tree which is in the middle of the garden. God has said, ‘You shall not eat of it. You shall not touch it, lest you die.’”
Darauf sprach die Schlange zur Frau: Ihr werdet ganz bestimmt nicht sterben.
Entonces la serpiente dijo á la mujer: No moriréis;
And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
The serpent said to the woman, “You won’t really die,
Denn Gott weiß, dass an demselben Tag, an dem ihr davon eßt, euch ganz bestimmt die Augen geöffnet werden, und ihr werdet ganz bestimmt sein wie Gott, erkennend Gut und Böse.
Mas sabe Dios que el día que comiereis de él, serán abiertos vuestros ojos, y seréis como dioses sabiendo el bien y el mal.
For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
for God knows that in the day you eat it, your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
Danach sah die Frau, dass der Baum gut war zur Speise und dass er etwas war, wonach die Augen Verlangen hatten, ja der Baum war begehrenswert zum Anschauen. So begann sie von seiner Frucht zu nehmen und zu essen. Danach gab sie davon auch ihrem Mann, als er bei ihr war, und er begann davon zu essen.
Y vió la mujer que el árbol era bueno para comer, y que era agradable á los ojos, y árbol codiciable para alcanzar la sabiduría; y tomó de su fruto, y comió; y dió también á su marido, el cual comió así como ella.
And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Dann wurden ihnen beiden die Augen geöffnet, und sie wurden gewahr, dass sie nackt waren. Daher nähten sie Feigenblätter zusammen und machten sich Lendenschurze.

Später hörten sie die Stimme JHWH Gottes, der um die Tageszeit der Brise im Garten wandelte, und der Mensch und seine Frau versteckten sich nun vor dem Angesicht JHWH Gottes inmitten der Bäume des Gartens.
Y oyeron la voz de Jehová Dios que se paseaba en el huerto al aire del día: y escondióse el hombre y su mujer de la presencia de Jehová Dios entre los árboles del huerto.
And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

Da rief JHWH mehrmals zum Menschen (Adam) und er sprach: Wo bist du?
Y llamó Jehová Dios al hombre, y le dijo: ¿Dónde estás tú?
And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?
The LORD God called to the man, and said to him, “Where are you?”
Und er sprach: Deine Stimme hörte ich im Garten, aber ich fürchtete mich, weil ich nackt war, und so versteckte ich mich.
Y él respondió: Oí tu voz en el huerto, y tuve miedo, porque estaba desnudo; y escondíme.
And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.
The man said, “I heard your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; so I hid myself.”
Und er sprach: Wer hat dir mitgeteilt, dass du nackt bist? Hast du von dem Baum gegessen, von dem nicht zu essen ich dir geboten hatte?
Y díjole: ¿Quién te enseñó que estabas desnudo? ¿Has comido del árbol de que yo te mandé no comieses?
And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
God said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?”
Und der Mensch (Adam) sagte: Die Frau, die du mir beigegeben hast, sie gab mir Frucht von dem Baum, und so aß ich.
Y el hombre respondió: La mujer que me diste por compañera me dió del árbol, y yo comí.
And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.
The man said, “The woman whom you gave to be with me, she gave me fruit from the tree, and I ate it.”
JHWH Gott sprach zur Frau: Was hast du da getan? Und die Frau sprach: Die Schlange — sie betrog mich, und so aß ich.
Entonces Jehová Dios dijo á la mujer: ¿Qué es lo que has hecho? Y dijo la mujer: La serpiente me engañó, y comí.
And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
The LORD God said to the woman, “What have you done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”
JHWH sprach zur Schlange: Weil du das getan hast, verfluche ich dich unter allen Tieren (Haustieren) und unter allen wildenlebenden Tieren des Feldes. Auf deinem Bauch wirst du kriechen, und Staub wirst du fressen alle Tage deines Lebens.
Y Jehová Dios dijo á la serpiente: Por cuanto esto hiciste, maldita serás entre todas las bestias y entre todos los animales del campo; sobre tu pecho andarás, y polvo comerás todos los días de tu vida:
And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
The LORD God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, you are cursed above all livestock, and above every animal of the field. You shall go on your belly and you shall eat dust all the days of your life.
Und ich werde Feindschaft setzen zwischen dir und der Frau und zwischen deinem Samen und ihrem Samen. Er wird dir den Kopf zermalmen, und du wirst ihm die Ferse zermalmen.
Y enemistad pondré entre ti y la mujer, y entre tu simiente y la simiente suya; ésta te herirá en la cabeza, y tú le herirás en el calcañar.
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
I will put hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will bruise your head, and you will bruise his heel.”
Zur Frau sagte er: Ich werde die Mühsal deiner Schwangerschaft sehr mehren; mit Geburtsschmerzen wirst du Kinder hervorbringen, und dein tiefes Verlangen wird nach deinem Mann sein, und er wird über dich herrschen.
A la mujer dijo: Multiplicaré en gran manera tus dolores y tus preñeces; con dolor parirás los hijos; y á tu marido será tu deseo, y él se enseñoreará de ti.
Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
To the woman he said, “I will greatly multiply your pain in childbirth. You will bear children in pain. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.”
Und zum Menschen (Adam) sprach er: Weil du auf die Stimme deiner Frau gehört hast und darangegangen bist, von dem Baum zu essen, von dem ich dir geboten habe: Du sollst nicht davon essen, so ist der Erdboden deinetwegen verflucht. In Mühsal wirst du seinen Ertrag essen alle Tage deines Lebens.
Y al hombre dijo: Por cuanto obedeciste á la voz de tu mujer, y comiste del árbol de que te mandé diciendo, No comerás de él; maldita será la tierra por amor de ti; con dolor comerás de ella todos los días de tu vida;
And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
To Adam he said, “Because you have listened to your wife’s voice, and have eaten from the tree, about which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it,’ the ground is cursed for your sake. You will eat from it with much labor all the days of your life.
Und Dornen und Disteln wird er dir wachsen lassen, und du sollst die Pflanzen des Feldes essen.
Espinos y cardos te producirá, y comerás hierba del campo;
Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
It will yield thorns and thistles to you; and you will eat the herb of the field.
Im Schweiße deines Angesichts wirst du Brot essen, bis du zum Erdboden zurückkehrst, denn aus ihm wurdest du genommen. Denn Staub bist du, und zum Staub wirst du zurückkehren.
En el sudor de tu rostro comerás el pan hasta que vuelvas á la tierra; porque de ella fuiste tomado: pues polvo eres, y al polvo serás tornado.
In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
You will eat bread by the sweat of your face until you return to the ground, for you were taken out of it. For you are dust, and you shall return to dust.”
Danach gab der Mensch (Adam) seiner Frau den Namen Eva, weil sie die Mutter aller Lebenden werden sollte.
Y llamó el hombre el nombre de su mujer, Eva; por cuanto ella era madre de todos los vivientes.
And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.
The man called his wife Eve because she would be the mother of all the living.
Und JHWH machte Kleider aus Fell für Adam und Eva.
Y Jehová Dios hizo al hombre y á su mujer túnicas de pieles, y vistiólos.
Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
The LORD God made garments of animal skins for Adam and for his wife, and clothed them.
Und JHWH sprach: Sieh, der Mensch erkennt jetzt Gut und Böse, er ist jetzt einer von uns geworden und nun, dasser seine Hand nicht ausstreckt und tatsächlich auch Frucht vom Baum des Lebens nimmt und ißt und auf unabsehbare Zeit lebt.
Y dijo Jehová Dios: He aquí el hombre es como uno de Nos sabiendo el bien y el mal: ahora, pues, porque no alargue su mano, y tome también del árbol de la vida, y coma, y viva para siempre:
And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
The LORD God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us, knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reach out his hand, and also take of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever—”
Daraufhin verweiste JHWH die beiden aus dem Garten Eden, damit er Ackerbau betreibe (Erdboden bebaue) aus dem Boden aus dem er genommen worden ist.
Y sacólo Jehová del huerto de Edén, para que labrase la tierra de que fué tomado.
Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

Und so trieb er den Menschen hinaus und stellte im Osten des Gartens Eden die Cherube auf und die flammende Klinge eines sich fortwährend drehenden Schwertes, um den Weg zum Baum des Lebens zu bewachen.
Echó, pues, fuera al hombre, y puso al oriente del huerto de Edén querubines, y una espada encendida que se revolvía á todos lados, para guardar el camino del árbol de la vida.
