Génesis 39

Er aber weigerte sich und sprach zu dem Weibe seines Herrn: Bedenke, mein Herr bekümmert sich neben mir um nichts im Hause und hat mir all sein Eigentum anvertraut.

Y él no quiso, y dijo á la mujer de su señor: He aquí que mi señor no sabe conmigo lo que hay en casa, y ha puesto en mi mano todo lo que tiene:

But he refused, and said unto his master’s wife, Behold, my master wotteth not what is with me in the house, and he hath committed all that he hath to my hand;

But he refused, and said to his master’s wife, “Behold, my master doesn’t know what is with me in the house, and he has put all that he has into my hand.
