6So überließ er all sein Eigentum Joseph und kümmerte sich bei ihm um nichts als um die Speise, die er genoß. Joseph aber ward schön von Gestalt und Antlitz.

6And he left all that he had in Joseph’s hand; and he knew not ought he had, save the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was a goodly person, and well favoured.

6He left all that he had in Joseph’s hand. He didn’t concern himself with anything, except for the food which he ate. Joseph was well-built and handsome.
