Génesis 38

Juda sprach: Sie mag's behalten; sie kann uns doch nicht Schande nachsagen, denn ich habe den Bock gesandt, so hast du sie nicht gefunden.

Y Judá dijo: Tómeselo para sí, porque no seamos menospreciados: he aquí yo he enviado este cabrito, y tú no la hallaste.

And Judah said, Let her take it to her, lest we be shamed: behold, I sent this kid, and thou hast not found her.

Judah said, “Let her keep it, lest we be shamed. Behold, I sent this young goat, and you haven’t found her.”
