Then they took his tunic, and they dipped it in the blood of a young goat, which they had killed,

And they took Joseph’s coat, and killed a kid of the goats, and dipped the coat in the blood;

They took Joseph’s tunic, and killed a male goat, and dipped the tunic in the blood.
