Pero respondieron los hijos de Jacob a Siquem y a Hamor su padre con «palabras engañosas,»* por cuanto había amancillado a Dina su hermana.

Y respondieron los hijos de Jacob á Sichêm y á Hamor su padre con engaño; y parlaron, por cuanto había amancillado á Dina su hermana.

And the sons of Jacob answered Shechem and Hamor his father deceitfully, and said, because he had defiled Dinah their sister:
