32Und es ging die Sonne zu ihm auf, als er vorbeizog an Penuel. Und er hinkte an der Hüftpfanne. Deswegen essen die Israeliten nicht die Sehne der Hüfte , die auf der Hüftpfanne ist, bis zu diesem Tag. Denn Jakobs Hüftpfanne berührte sie an der Sehne der Hüfte.

32Por esto no comen los hijos de Israel, hasta hoy día, del tendón que se contrajo, el cual está en el encaje del muslo: porque tocó á Jacob este sitio de su muslo en el tendón que se contrajo.

32Therefore the children of Israel eat not of the sinew which shrank, which is upon the hollow of the thigh, unto this day: because he touched the hollow of Jacob’s thigh in the sinew that shrank.

32Therefore the children of Israel don’t eat the sinew of the hip, which is on the hollow of the thigh, to this day, because he touched the hollow of Jacob’s thigh in the sinew of the hip.
