Et il dit : " Ton nom ne sera plus Jacob, mais Israël, car tu as combattu avec Dieu et avec des hommes, et tu l'as emporté. "

And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there.

Jacob asked him, “Please tell me your name.” He said, “Why is it that you ask what my name is?” So he blessed him there.
