Volle zwanzig Jahre habe ich dir in deinem Hause gedient: vierzehn Jahre um deine beiden Töchter und sechs Jahre um Schafe von dir; aber zehnmal ändertest du meinen Lohn!

Así he estado veinte años en tu casa: catorce años te serví por tus dos hijas, y seis años por tu ganado; y has mudado mi salario diez veces.

Thus have I been twenty years in thy house; I served thee fourteen years for thy two daughters, and six years for thy cattle: and thou hast changed my wages ten times.

These twenty years I have been in your house. I served you fourteen years for your two daughters, and six years for your flock, and you have changed my wages ten times.
