Voilà vingt ans que je suis dans ta maison ; je t'ai servi quatorze années pour prix de tes deux filles, et six pour tes menus troupeaux, et toi tu as changé ma récompense durant dix portées d'agneaux.

Así he estado veinte años en tu casa: catorce años te serví por tus dos hijas, y seis años por tu ganado; y has mudado mi salario diez veces.

Thus have I been twenty years in thy house; I served thee fourteen years for thy two daughters, and six years for thy cattle: and thou hast changed my wages ten times.

These twenty years I have been in your house. I served you fourteen years for your two daughters, and six years for your flock, and you have changed my wages ten times.
