Génesis 31

And Jacob answered and said to Laban, Because I was afraid: for I said, Possibly you would take by force your daughters from me.

Y Jacob respondió, y dijo á Labán: Porque tuve miedo; pues dije, que quizá me quitarías por fuerza tus hijas.

And Jacob answered and said to Laban, Because I was afraid: for I said, Peradventure thou wouldest take by force thy daughters from me.

Jacob answered Laban, “Because I was afraid, for I said, ‘Lest you should take your daughters from me by force.’
