Da sprach der Mensch: "Diese ist nun endlich Gebein von meinem Gebein und Fleisch von meinem Fleische. Die soll Männin heißen; denn vom Mann ist sie genommen."

Y dijo Adam: Esto es ahora hueso de mis huesos, y carne de mi carne: ésta será llamada Varona, porque del varón fué tomada.

And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

The man said, “This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh. She will be called ‘woman,’ because she was taken out of Man.”
