Laban antwortete: Es ist nicht Sitte in unserm Lande, daß man die jüngste ausgebe vor der ältesten.

Y Labán respondió: No se hace así en nuestro lugar, que se dé la menor antes de la mayor.

And Laban said, It must not be so done in our country, to give the younger before the firstborn.

Laban said, “It is not done so in our place, to give the younger before the firstborn.
