Und Isaak rief dem Jakob und er segnete ihn und gebot ihm und sprach zu ihm: Du sollst dir kein Weib von den Töchtern Kanaans nehmen.

ENTONCES Isaac llamó á Jacob, y bendíjolo, y mandóle diciendo: No tomes mujer de las hijas de Canaán.

And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan.

Isaac called Jacob, blessed him, and commanded him, “You shall not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan.

Mache dich auf, geh nach Padan Aram zu dem Hause Bethuels, des Vaters deiner Mutter, und nimm dir von da ein Weib von den Töchtern Labans, des Bruders deiner Mutter.

Levántate, ve á Padan-aram, á casa de Bethuel, padre de tu madre, y toma allí mujer de las hijas de Labán, hermano de tu madre.

Arise, go to Padan-aram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother’s father; and take thee a wife from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother’s brother.

Arise, go to Paddan Aram, to the house of Bethuel your mother’s father. Take a wife from there from the daughters of Laban, your mother’s brother.

Und Gott Schaddai wird dich segnen und dich fruchtbar machen und dich mehren, daß du zu einer Versammlung von Völkern werdest.

Y el Dios omnipotente te bendiga, y te haga fructificar, y te multiplique, hasta venir á ser congregación de pueblos;

And God Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest be a multitude of people;

May God Almighty bless you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, that you may be a company of peoples,

Und wird dir geben den Segen Abrahams, dir und deinem Samen mit dir, auf daß du das Land deiner Wanderungen erblich besitzest, das Gott dem Abraham gegeben hat.

Y te dé la bendición de Abraham, y á tu simiente contigo, para que heredes la tierra de tus peregrinaciones, que Dios dió á Abraham.

And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham.

and give you the blessing of Abraham, to you and to your offspring with you, that you may inherit the land where you travel, which God gave to Abraham.”

Und Isaak entsandte den Jakob, und er ging nach Padan Aram zu Laban, dem Sohne Bethuels, des Aramiters, dem Bruder der Rebekah, der Mutter Jakobs und Esaus.

Así envió Isaac á Jacob, el cual fué á Padan-aram, á Labán, hijo de Bethuel Arameo, hermano de Rebeca, madre de Jacob y de Esaú.

And Isaac sent away Jacob: and he went to Padan-aram unto Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob’s and Esau’s mother.

Isaac sent Jacob away. He went to Paddan Aram to Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob’s and Esau’s mother.

Und Esau sah, daß Isaak den Jakob segnete und nach Padan Aram sandte, um sich von dort ein Weib zu holen, und ihm mit seinem Segen gebot und sprach: Du sollst dir kein Weib von den Töchtern Kanaans nehmen;

Y vió Esaú cómo Isaac había bendecido á Jacob, y le había enviado á Padan-aram, para tomar para sí mujer de allí; y que cuando le bendijo, le había mandado, diciendo: No tomarás mujer de las hijas de Canaán;

When Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob, and sent him away to Padan-aram, to take him a wife from thence; and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan;

Now Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob and sent him away to Paddan Aram, to take him a wife from there, and that as he blessed him he gave him a command, saying, “You shall not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan;”

Und daß Jakob seinem Vater und seiner Mutter gehorchte und nach Padan Aram ging;

Y que Jacob había obedecido á su padre y á su madre, y se había ido á Padan-aram.

And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother, and was gone to Padan-aram;

Und Esau sah, daß die Töchter Kanaans böse waren in den Augen seines Vaters Isaak;

Vió asimismo Esaú que las hijas de Canaán parecían mal á Isaac su padre;

And Esau seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father;

Esau saw that the daughters of Canaan didn’t please Isaac, his father.

Und Esau ging zu Ismael, und nahm über seine Weiber Machalath, die Tochter Ismaels, des Sohns von Abraham, eine Schwester des Nebajoth zum Weibe.

Y fuése Esaú á Ismael, y tomó para sí por mujer á Mahaleth, hija de Ismael, hijo de Abraham, hermana de Nabaioth, además de sus otras mujeres.

Then went Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael Abraham’s son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be his wife.

So Esau went to Ishmael, and took, in addition to the wives that he had, Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael, Abraham’s son, the sister of Nebaioth, to be his wife.

Und Jakob ging aus von Beerschaba und ging nach Charan.

Y salió Jacob de Beer-seba, y fué á Harán;

And Jacob went out from Beer-sheba, and went toward Haran.

Und er stieß auf einen Ort und übernachtete daselbst, denn die Sonne war untergegangen; und er nahm von den Steinen des Ortes und legte sie zu seinen Häupten, und legte sich an demselben Orte nieder.

Y encontró con un lugar, y durmió allí, porque ya el sol se había puesto: y tomó de las piedras de aquel paraje y puso á su cabecera, y acostóse en aquel lugar.

And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep.

He came to a certain place, and stayed there all night, because the sun had set. He took one of the stones of the place, and put it under his head, and lay down in that place to sleep.

Und es träumte ihm, und siehe, eine Leiter war auf die Erde gestellt und ihre Spitze berührte den Himmel, und siehe, die Engel Gottes stiegen auf und stiegen nieder daran.

Y soñó, y he aquí una escala que estaba apoyada en tierra, y su cabeza tocaba en el cielo: y he aquí ángeles de Dios que subían y descendían por ella.

And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.

He dreamed and saw a stairway set upon the earth, and its top reached to heaven. Behold, the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.

Und siehe, Jehovah stand oben darauf und sprach: Ich bin Jehovah, der Gott Abrahams, deines Vaters, und der Gott Isaaks. Das Land, darauf du liegst, will Ich dir und deinem Samen geben.

Y he aquí, Jehová estaba en lo alto de ella, el cual dijo: Yo soy Jehová, el Dios de Abraham tu padre, y el Dios de Isaac: la tierra en que estás acostado te la daré á ti y á tu simiente.

And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;

Behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, “I am the LORD, the God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac. I will give the land you lie on to you and to your offspring.

Und dein Same soll wie der Staub der Erde sein, und du sollst hervorbrechen nach dem Meere zu und nach Osten und nach Norden und nach Mittag; und alle Familien des Bodens sollen in dir und deinem Samen gesegnet werden.

Y será tu simiente como el polvo de la tierra, y te extenderás al occidente, y al oriente, y al aquilón, y al mediodía; y todas las familias de la tierra serán benditas en ti y en tu simiente.

And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

Your offspring will be as the dust of the earth, and you will spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south. In you and in your offspring, all the families of the earth will be blessed.

Und siehe, Ich bin mit dir, und werde dich behüten überall, wohin du gehst, und dich zurückbringen auf diesen Boden; denn Ich werde dich nicht verlassen, bis daß Ich getan habe, was Ich zu dir geredet habe.

Y he aquí, yo soy contigo, y te guardaré por donde quiera que fueres, y te volveré á esta tierra; porque no te dejaré hasta tanto que haya hecho lo que te he dicho.

And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.

Behold, I am with you, and will keep you, wherever you go, and will bring you again into this land. For I will not leave you until I have done that which I have spoken of to you.”

Und Jakob erwachte von seinem Schlaf und sprach: Fürwahr, Jehovah ist an diesem Orte und ich wußte es nicht.

Y despertó Jacob de su sueño, y dijo: Ciertamente Jehová está en este lugar, y yo no lo sabía.

And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not.

Jacob awakened out of his sleep, and he said, “Surely the LORD is in this place, and I didn’t know it.”

Und er fürchtete sich und sprach: Wie furchtbar ist dieser Ort! Hier ist nichts denn Gottes Haus; und dies ist das Tor des Himmels.

Y tuvo miedo, y dijo: ¡Cuán terrible es este lugar! No es otra cosa que casa de Dios, y puerta del cielo.

And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.

He was afraid, and said, “How awesome this place is! This is none other than God’s house, and this is the gate of heaven.”

Und Jakob stand früh am Morgen auf, und nahm den Stein, den er zu seinen Häupten gelegt hatte und setzte ihn auf zu einer Denksäule, und goß Öl oben darauf.

Y levantóse Jacob de mañana, y tomó la piedra que había puesto de cabecera, y alzóla por título, y derramó aceite encima de ella.

And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it.

Und er nannte den Namen dieses Ortes Bethel. Früher aber war der Name der Stadt Lus.

And he called the name of that place Beth-el: but the name of that city was called Luz at the first.

Und Jakob gelobte ein Gelübde und sprach: Wenn Gott mit mir sein und mich behüten wird auf diesem Wege, den ich gehe, und mir Brot zu essen und ein Kleid zum Anziehen gibt,

E hizo Jacob voto, diciendo: Si fuere Dios conmigo, y me guardare en este viaje que voy, y me diere pan para comer y vestido para vestir,

And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,

Und ich in Frieden zum Hause meines Vaters zurückkehre, so soll Jehovah mir zum Gotte sein;

Y si tornare en paz á casa de mi padre, Jehová será mi Dios,

So that I come again to my father’s house in peace; then shall the LORD be my God:

so that I come again to my father’s house in peace, and the LORD will be my God,

Und dieser Stein, den ich zur Denksäule gesetzt, soll sein ein Gotteshaus; und alles, was Du mir geben wirst, will ich Dir verzehnten.

Y esta piedra que he puesto por título, será casa de Dios: y de todo lo que me dieres, el diezmo lo he de apartar para ti.

And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God’s house: and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.
