Génesis 27

(Und es begab sich, dass =) Als Isaak alt †geworden war und seine Augen nachgelassen hatten, sodass er nicht mehr sehen konnte, rief er Esau, seinen älteren Sohn. Und er sprach zu ihm: Mein Sohn! Und er (sprach =) antwortete: Ja?

Y ACONTECIÓ que cuando hubo Isaac envejecido, y sus ojos se ofuscaron quedando sin vista, llamó á Esaú, su hijo el mayor, y díjole: Mi hijo. Y él respondió: Heme aquí.

And it came to pass, that when Isaac was old, and his eyes were dim, so that he could not see, he called Esau his eldest son, and said unto him, My son: and he said unto him, Behold, here am I.

When Isaac was old, and his eyes were dim, so that he could not see, he called Esau his elder son, and said to him, “My son?” He said to him, “Here I am.”

Und {er} †Isaak sprach: Du weißt, ich bin alt geworden. Ich weiß nicht (den Tag meines Todes =), wann ich sterben werde.

Y él dijo: He aquí ya soy viejo, no sé el día de mi muerte:

And he said, Behold now, I am old, I know not the day of my death:

He said, “See now, I am old. I don’t know the day of my death.

Darum nimm deine Ausrüstung, dein Wehrgehänge und deinen Bogen, geh hinaus aufs Feld und (jage =) erlege mir ein Wildpret.

Toma, pues, ahora tus armas, tu aljaba y tu arco, y sal al campo, y cógeme caza;

Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison;

Now therefore, please take your weapons, your quiver and your bow, and go out to the field, and get me venison.

Und bereite mir einen Leckerbissen zu, wie ich es (ihn?) liebe, bringe ihn mir, und ich esse ihn, damit (meine Seele =) ich dich segne, bevor ich sterbe.

Y hazme un guisado, como yo gusto, y tráemelo, y comeré; para que te bendiga mi alma antes que muera.

And make me savoury meat, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat; that my soul may bless thee before I die.

Make me savory food, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat, and that my soul may bless you before I die.”

Aber Rebekka hörte die Worte Isaaks an seinen Sohn Esau. Da ging Esau aufs Feld, um ein Wildpret zu jagen, um es zu bringen

Y Rebeca estaba oyendo, cuando hablaba Isaac á Esaú su hijo: y fuése Esaú al campo para coger la caza que había de traer.

And Rebekah heard when Isaac spake to Esau his son. And Esau went to the field to hunt for venison, and to bring it.

Rebekka sprach zu Jakob, ihrem Sohn {folgendermaßen}: (Siehe =) Pass auf, ich habe deinen Vater reden hören zu Esau, deinen Bruder {folgendermaßen}:

Entonces Rebeca habló á Jacob su hijo, diciendo: He aquí yo he oído á tu padre que hablaba con Esaú tu hermano, diciendo:

And Rebekah spake unto Jacob her son, saying, Behold, I heard thy father speak unto Esau thy brother, saying,

Rebekah spoke to Jacob her son, saying, “Behold, I heard your father speak to Esau your brother, saying,

Bring mir ein Wildpret und und bereite mir einen Leckerbissen zu, und ich esse ihn. Dann werde ich dich segnen vor JHWH vor meinem Tod.

Tráeme caza, y hazme un guisado, para que coma, y te bendiga delante de Jehová antes que yo muera.

Bring me venison, and make me savoury meat, that I may eat, and bless thee before the LORD before my death.

‘Bring me venison, and make me savory food, that I may eat, and bless you before the LORD before my death.’

Und nun, mein Sohn, höre auf (meine Stimme =) mich, was ich dir befehle (anordne):

Ahora pues, hijo mío, obedece á mi voz en lo que te mando;

Now therefore, my son, obey my voice according to that which I command thee.

Now therefore, my son, obey my voice according to that which I command you.

Geh zum Kleinvieh und nimm dir von (dort =) der Herde zwei schöne Ziegenböckchen. Ich werde sie zu einem Leckerbissen für deinen Vater zubereiten, wie er es (ihn?) liebt.

Ve ahora al ganado, y tráeme de allí dos buenos cabritos de las cabras, y haré de ellos viandas para tu padre, como él gusta;

Go now to the flock, and fetch me from thence two good kids of the goats; and I will make them savoury meat for thy father, such as he loveth:

Go now to the flock and get me two good young goats from there. I will make them savory food for your father, such as he loves.

Und du sollst †ihn deinem Vater bringen, und er wird †ihn essen, damit er dich segnet vor seinem Tod.

Y tú las llevarás á tu padre, y comerá, para que te bendiga antes de su muerte.

And thou shalt bring it to thy father, that he may eat, and that he may bless thee before his death.

You shall bring it to your father, that he may eat, so that he may bless you before his death.”

Da sprach Jakob zu seiner Mutter Rebekka: Sieh, mein Bruder Esau ist ein haariger Mann, aber ich bin ein glatter Mann.

Y Jacob dijo á Rebeca su madre: He aquí, Esaú mi hermano es hombre velloso, y yo lampiño:

And Jacob said to Rebekah his mother, Behold, Esau my brother is a hairy man, and I am a smooth man:

Jacob said to Rebekah his mother, “Behold, Esau my brother is a hairy man, and I am a smooth man.

Vielleicht betastet mich mein Vater (und ich werde in seinen Augen wie einer, der Spott treibt =) und er glaubt, ich will ihn verspotten, und er bringt über mich Fluch und nicht Segen.

Quizá me tentará mi padre, y me tendrá por burlador, y traeré sobre mí maldición y no bendición.

My father peradventure will feel me, and I shall seem to him as a deceiver; and I shall bring a curse upon me, and not a blessing.

What if my father touches me? I will seem to him as a deceiver, and I would bring a curse on myself, and not a blessing.”

Da sprach seine Mutter zu ihm: Über mich †komme dein Fluch, mein Sohn. Doch höre auf (meine Stimme =) mich und geh, bring mir.

Y su madre respondió: Hijo mío, sobre mí tu maldición: solamente obedece á mi voz, y ve y tráemelos.

And his mother said unto him, Upon me be thy curse, my son: only obey my voice, and go fetch me them.

His mother said to him, “Let your curse be on me, my son. Only obey my voice, and go get them for me.”

Da ging Jakob und nahm und brachte seiner Mutter. Und seine Mutter bereitete einen Leckerbissen zu, wie ihn (es?) sein Vater liebte.

Entonces él fué, y tomó, y trájolos á su madre: y su madre hizo guisados, como su padre gustaba.

And he went, and fetched, and brought them to his mother: and his mother made savoury meat, such as his father loved.

He went, and got them, and brought them to his mother. His mother made savory food, such as his father loved.

Und Rebekka nahm die gute Kleidung ihres älteren Sohnes Esau, die bei ihr im Haus †war, und bekleidete †damit ihren jüngeren Sohn Jakob.

Y tomó Rebeca los vestidos de Esaú su hijo mayor, los preciosos, que ella tenía en casa, y vistió á Jacob su hijo menor:

And Rebekah took goodly raiment of her eldest son Esau, which were with her in the house, and put them upon Jacob her younger son:

Rebekah took the good clothes of Esau, her elder son, which were with her in the house, and put them on Jacob, her younger son.

Und die Felle der Ziegenböckchen legte sie seinen Händen an und auf seinen glatten Hals.

E hízole vestir sobre sus manos, y sobre la cerviz donde no tenía vello, las pieles de los cabritos de las cabras;

And she put the skins of the kids of the goats upon his hands, and upon the smooth of his neck:

She put the skins of the young goats on his hands, and on the smooth of his neck.

Und sie gab den Leckerbissen und das Brot, die sie zubereitet hatte, ihrem Sohn Jakob in die Hand.

Y entregó los guisados y el pan que había aderezado, en mano de Jacob su hijo.

And she gave the savoury meat and the bread, which she had prepared, into the hand of her son Jacob.

Er ging zu seinem Vater und sprach: Mein Vater! Und er sprach: (hier bin ich! =) Ja? Wer †bist du, mein Sohn?

Y él fué á su padre, y dijo: Padre mío: y él respondió: Heme aquí, ¿quién eres, hijo mío?

And he came unto his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I; who art thou, my son?

He came to his father, and said, “My father?” He said, “Here I am. Who are you, my son?”

Jakob (sprach =) antwortete seinem Vater: Ich bin Esau, dein Erstgeborener. Ich habe getan, (wie du mir gesagt =) worum du mich gebeten hast. (Steh auf =) Komm, setz dich und iss von meinem Wildpret, damit (deine Seele =) du mich segnest.

Y Jacob dijo á su padre: Yo soy Esaú tu primogénito; he hecho como me dijiste: levántate ahora, y siéntate, y come de mi caza, para que me bendiga tu alma.

And Jacob said unto his father, I am Esau thy firstborn; I have done according as thou badest me: arise, I pray thee, sit and eat of my venison, that thy soul may bless me.

Jacob said to his father, “I am Esau your firstborn. I have done what you asked me to do. Please arise, sit and eat of my venison, that your soul may bless me.”

Da sprach Isaak zu seinem Sohn: Wie hast du so schnell †Wild gefunden, mein Sohn? Er (sprach =) antwortete: JHWH, dein Gott, hat es für mich †so gefügt.

Entonces Isaac dijo á su hijo: ¿Cómo es que la hallaste tan presto, hijo mío? Y él respondió: Porque Jehová tu Dios hizo que se encontrase delante de mí.

And Isaac said unto his son, How is it that thou hast found it so quickly, my son? And he said, Because the LORD thy God brought it to me.

Isaac said to his son, “How is it that you have found it so quickly, my son?” He said, “Because the LORD your God gave me success.”

Da sprach Isaak zu Jakob: Komm her, damit ich dich betaste, mein Sohn, ob das mein Sohn Esau †ist oder nicht.

E Isaac dijo á Jacob: Acércate ahora, y te palparé, hijo mío, por si eres mi hijo Esaú, ó no.

And Isaac said unto Jacob, Come near, I pray thee, that I may feel thee, my son, whether thou be my very son Esau or not.

Isaac said to Jacob, “Please come near, that I may feel you, my son, whether you are really my son Esau or not.”

Jakob trat zu seinem Vater Isaak, und er betastete ihn. Und er sprach: Die Stimme ist die Stimme Jakobs, aber die Hände sind die Hände Esaus.

Y llegóse Jacob á su padre Isaac; y él le palpó, y dijo: La voz es la voz de Jacob, mas las manos, las manos de Esaú.

And Jacob went near unto Isaac his father; and he felt him, and said, The voice is Jacob’s voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau.

Jacob went near to Isaac his father. He felt him, and said, “The voice is Jacob’s voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau.”

Aber er erkannte ihn nicht, denn er hatte behaarte Hände wie die Hände Esaus, seines Bruders, und er segnete ihn.

Y no le conoció, porque sus manos eran vellosas como las manos de Esaú: y le bendijo.

And he discerned him not, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau’s hands: so he blessed him.

He didn’t recognize him, because his hands were hairy, like his brother Esau’s hands. So he blessed him.

Und er (sprach =) fragte: †Bist du mein Sohn Esau? Und er (sagte =) antwortete: Ich †bin es.

Y dijo: ¿Eres tú mi hijo Esaú? Y él respondió: Yo soy.

And he said, Art thou my very son Esau? And he said, I am.

He said, “Are you really my son Esau?” He said, “I am.”

Und er sprach: Bringe mir, damit ich esse vom Wildpret meines Sohnes, damit (meine Seele =) ich dich segne. Und er brachte ihm, und er aß. Und er brachte ihm Wein, und er trank.

Y dijo: Acércamela, y comeré de la caza de mi hijo, para que te bendiga mi alma; y él se la acercó, y comió: trájole también vino, y bebió.

And he said, Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son’s venison, that my soul may bless thee. And he brought it near to him, and he did eat: and he brought him wine, and he drank.

He said, “Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son’s venison, that my soul may bless you.” He brought it near to him, and he ate. He brought him wine, and he drank.

Und sein Vater Isaak sprach zu ihm: Komm her und küsse mich, mein Sohn.

Y díjole Isaac su padre: Acércate ahora, y bésame, hijo mío.

And his father Isaac said unto him, Come near now, and kiss me, my son.

His father Isaac said to him, “Come near now, and kiss me, my son.”

Da trat Jakob zu †ihm und küsste ihn. Und er roch den Geruch seiner Kleidung und segnete ihn. Er sprach: Ich nehme wahr den Geruch meines Sohnes.†Er ist wie der Geruch des Feldes,das JHWH gesegnet hat.

Y él se llegó, y le besó; y olió Isaac el olor de sus vestidos, y le bendijo, y dijo: Mira, el olor de mi hijo como el olor del campo que Jehová ha bendecido:

And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD hath blessed:

He came near, and kissed him. He smelled the smell of his clothing, and blessed him, and said, “Behold, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD has blessed.

Gott gebe dirvom Tau des Himmelsund (von der Fettigkeit =) vom Ertrag der Erde,und (Fülle =) viel Getreide (Korn) und Wein.

Dios, pues, te dé del rocío del cielo, y de las grosuras de la tierra, y abundancia de trigo y de mosto.

Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine:

God give you of the dew of the sky, of the fatness of the earth, and plenty of grain and new wine.

Völker sollen dir dienenund Stämme sollen sich dir beugen.Sei Herr über deine Brüder,und die Söhne deiner Mutter sollen sich dir beugen.Wer dich verflucht, sei verflucht,und wer dich segnet, sei gesegnet.

Sírvante pueblos, y naciones se inclinen á ti: sé señor de tus hermanos, e inclínense á ti los hijos de tu madre: malditos los que te maldijeren, y benditos los que te bendijeren.

Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother’s sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.

Let peoples serve you, and nations bow down to you. Be lord over your brothers. Let your mother’s sons bow down to you. Cursed be everyone who curses you. Blessed be everyone who blesses you.”

Und es geschah, als Isaak (fertig war, Jakob zu segnen =) den Segen für Jakob beendet hatte, da geschah es jedoch, dass Jakob schleunigst wegging (vom Angesicht =) von Isaak, seinem Vater, und Esau, sein Bruder, kam von seiner Jagd.

Y aconteció, luego que hubo Isaac acabado de bendecir á Jacob, y apenas había salido Jacob de delante de Isaac su padre, que Esaú su hermano vino de su caza.

And it came to pass, as soon as Isaac had made an end of blessing Jacob, and Jacob was yet scarce gone out from the presence of Isaac his father, that Esau his brother came in from his hunting.

As soon as Isaac had finished blessing Jacob, and Jacob had just gone out from the presence of Isaac his father, Esau his brother came in from his hunting.

Auch er hatte einen Leckerbissen zubereitet und brachte †ihn seinem Vater und sprach zu seinem Vater: Steh auf, mein Vater, und iss vom Wilpret deines Sohnes, damit (deine Seele =) du mich segnest.

E hizo él también guisados, y trajo á su padre, y díjole: Levántese mi padre, y coma de la caza de su hijo, para que me bendiga tu alma.

And he also had made savoury meat, and brought it unto his father, and said unto his father, Let my father arise, and eat of his son’s venison, that thy soul may bless me.

He also made savory food, and brought it to his father. He said to his father, “Let my father arise, and eat of his son’s venison, that your soul may bless me.”

Da (sprach =) fragte ihn Isaak, sein Vater: Wer †bist du? Und er (sprach =) antwortete: Ich bin dein erstgeborener Sohn Esau.

Entonces Isaac su padre le dijo: ¿Quién eres tú? Y él dijo: Yo soy tu hijo, tu primogénito, Esaú.

And Isaac his father said unto him, Who art thou? And he said, I am thy son, thy firstborn Esau.

Isaac his father said to him, “Who are you?” He said, “I am your son, your firstborn, Esau.”

Da erschrak Isaak heftig und (sagte =) fragte: Wer war denn das, der das Wildpret jagte und †es mir brachte, und ich aß von allem, bevor du kamst, und segnete ihn? Er wird auch gesegnet bleiben.

Y estremecióse Isaac con grande estremecimiento, y dijo: ¿Quién es el que vino aquí, que cogió caza, y me trajo, y comí de todo antes que vinieses? Yo le bendije, y será bendito.

And Isaac trembled very exceedingly, and said, Who? where is he that hath taken venison, and brought it me, and I have eaten of all before thou camest, and have blessed him? yea, and he shall be blessed.

Isaac trembled violently, and said, “Who, then, is he who has taken venison, and brought it to me, and I have eaten of all before you came, and have blessed him? Yes, he will be blessed.”

Als Esau (die Worte seines Vaters hörte =) hörte, was sein Vater sagte, brach er in heftiges Klagegeschrei aus, und sein Kummer war sehr groß. Und er sprach zu seinem Vater: Segne auch mich, mein Vater!

Como Esaú oyó las palabras de su padre, clamó con una muy grande y muy amarga exclamación, y le dijo: Bendíceme también á mí, padre mío.

And when Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with a great and exceeding bitter cry, and said unto his father, Bless me, even me also, O my father.

When Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with an exceedingly great and bitter cry, and said to his father, “Bless me, even me also, my father.”

Und †Isaak sprach: Dein Bruder kam mit List (Betrug, Verrat) und (nahm =) stahl deinen Segen.

Y él dijo: Vino tu hermano con engaño, y tomó tu bendición.

And he said, Thy brother came with subtilty, and hath taken away thy blessing.

He said, “Your brother came with deceit, and has taken away your blessing.”

Und †Esau sprach: (Wird denn sein Name genannt =) Heißt er †nicht Jakob? Und (dieser =) er hat mich zweimal hintergangen (betrogen): Meine Erstgeburt hat er (genommen =) gestohlen, und (siehe =) da, jetzt (nimmt =) stiehlt er meinen Segen! Und er (sprach =) fragte: Hast du für mich keinen Segen übrig gelassen (zurückbehalten)?

Y él respondió: Bien llamaron su nombre Jacob, que ya me ha engañado dos veces; alzóse con mi primogenitura, y he aquí ahora ha tomado mi bendición. Y dijo: ¿No has guardado bendición para mí?

And he said, Is not he rightly named Jacob? for he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me?

He said, “Isn’t he rightly named Jacob? For he has supplanted me these two times. He took away my birthright. See, now he has taken away my blessing.” He said, “Haven’t you reserved a blessing for me?”

Isaak antwortete {und sprach zu} Esau: Sieh mal, ich habe ihn zum Herrn über dich gemacht (eingesetzt), alle seine Brüder habe ich ihm als Diener (Knechte, Sklaven) gegeben, mit Getreide und Wein habe ich ihn versehen (ausgestattet). Was kann ich noch für dich tun, mein Sohn?

Isaac respondió y dijo á Esaú: He aquí yo le he puesto por señor tuyo, y le he dado por siervos á todos sus hermanos: de trigo y de vino le he provisto: ¿qué, pues, te haré á ti ahora, hijo mío?

And Isaac answered and said unto Esau, Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son?

Isaac answered Esau, “Behold, I have made him your lord, and all his brothers I have given to him for servants. I have sustained him with grain and new wine. What then will I do for you, my son?”

Da sprach Esau zu seinem Vater: Hast du nicht einen Segen für mich, mein Vater? Segne auch mich, mein Vater! Und Esau (erhob seine Stimme und weinte =) fing an zu weinen.

Y Esaú respondió á su padre: ¿No tienes más que una sola bendición, padre mío? bendíceme también á mí, padre mío. Y alzó Esaú su voz, y lloró.

And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

Esau said to his father, “Do you have just one blessing, my father? Bless me, even me also, my father.” Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

Da antwortete sein Vater Isaak {und sprach zu ihm}: Sieh, (fettes Land der Erde =) †unfruchtbare Landstrichewerden dein Wohnsitz sein,und ohne Tau vom Himmel.

Entonces Isaac su padre habló y díjole: He aquí será tu habitación en grosuras de la tierra, y del rocío de los cielos de arriba;

And Isaac his father answered and said unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above;

Isaac his father answered him, “Behold, your dwelling will be of the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of the sky from above.

Von deinem Schwert wirst du lebenund deinem Bruder wirst du dienen.Aber es soll geschehen, wenn du dich anstrengst,wirst du sein Joch losreißenvon deinem Nacken.

Y por tu espada vivirás, y á tu hermano servirás: y sucederá cuando te enseñorees, que descargarás su yugo de tu cerviz.

And by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck.

You will live by your sword, and you will serve your brother. It will happen, when you will break loose, that you will shake his yoke from off your neck.”

Esau feindete Jakob an wegen des Segens (mit dem ihn sein Vater gesegnet hatte =) den ihm sein Vater erteilt hatte. Und Esau sprach (in seinem Herzen =) zu sich: Es nähern sich die Tage der Trauer um meinen Vater. Dann werde ich meinen Bruder Jakob töten (totschlagen).

Y aborreció Esaú á Jacob por la bendición con que le había bendecido, y dijo en su corazón: Llegarán los días del luto de mi padre, y yo mataré á Jacob mi hermano.

And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob.

Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing with which his father blessed him. Esau said in his heart, “The days of mourning for my father are at hand. Then I will kill my brother Jacob.”

Als Rebekka die Worte Esaus, ihres älteren Sohnes, hinterbracht wurden (man hinterbrachte Rebekka Esaus ... Worte), sandte sie und rief nach Jakob, ihrem jüngeren Sohn, und sprach zu ihm: (Siehe =) Pass auf! Dein Bruder Esau will sich an dir rächen (Rache nehmen), er will dich töten.

Y fueron dichas á Rebeca las palabras de Esaú su hijo mayor: y ella envió y llamó á Jacob su hijo menor, y díjole: He aquí, Esaú tu hermano se consuela acerca de ti con la idea de matarte.

And these words of Esau her elder son were told to Rebekah: and she sent and called Jacob her younger son, and said unto him, Behold, thy brother Esau, as touching thee, doth comfort himself, purposing to kill thee.

The words of Esau, her elder son, were told to Rebekah. She sent and called Jacob, her younger son, and said to him, “Behold, your brother Esau comforts himself about you by planning to kill you.

Pass auf, mein Sohn, höre auf (meine Stimme =) mich: Mach dich auf und fliehe zu Laban, meinem Bruder, nach Haran.

Ahora pues, hijo mío, obedece á mi voz; levántate, y húyete á Labán mi hermano, á Harán;

Now therefore, my son, obey my voice; and arise, flee thou to Laban my brother to Haran;

Now therefore, my son, obey my voice. Arise, flee to Laban, my brother, in Haran.

Du sollst bei ihm einige Tage (wohnen =) bleiben, bis sich der Zorn deines Bruders (gewendet =) gelegt hat.

Y mora con él algunos días, hasta que el enojo de tu hermano se mitigue;

And tarry with him a few days, until thy brother’s fury turn away;

Stay with him a few days, until your brother’s fury turns away—

Wenn der Zorn deines Bruders sich (von dir gewendet =) gelegt hat und er vergessen hat, was du ihm angetan hast, werde ich †nach dir schicken und dich von dort holen. Warum soll ich (der Kinder beraubt werden =) euch beide verlieren an einem Tag?
