E Abraão tomou outra mulher, cujo nome foi Quetura;

Y ABRAHAM tomó otra mujer, cuyo nombre fué Cetura;

Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah.

A qual lhe deu à luz a Zinrã, e a Jocsã, e a Medã, e a Midiã, e a Jisbaque, e a Suá.

La cual le parió á Zimram, y á Joksan, y á Medan, y á Midiam, y á Ishbak, y á Sua.

And she bare him Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah.

E Jocsã gerou a Seba, e a Dedã: e filhos de Dedã foram Assurim, e Letusim, e Leummim.

Y Joksan engendró á Seba, y á Dedán: é hijos de Dedán fueron Assurim, y Letusim, y Leummim.

And Jokshan begat Sheba, and Dedan. And the sons of Dedan were Asshurim, and Letushim, and Leummim.

E filhos de Midiã: Efá, e Efer, e Enoque, e Abida, e Elda. Todos estes foram filhos de Quetura.

Mas Abraão deu tudo quanto tinha a Isaque.

Y Abraham dió todo cuanto tenía á Isaac.

E aos filhos de suas concubinas deu Abraão presentes, e enviou-os para longe de Isaque seu filho, enquanto ele vivia, até o oriente, à terra oriental.

But unto the sons of the concubines, which Abraham had, Abraham gave gifts, and sent them away from Isaac his son, while he yet lived, eastward, unto the east country.

E sepultaram-no Isaque e Ismael seus filhos na caverna de Macpela, na propriedade de Efrom, filho de Zoar Heteu, que está em frente de Manre;

Herança que comprou Abraão dos filhos de Hete; ali foi Abraão sepultado, e Sara sua mulher.

E sucedeu, depois de morto Abraão, que Deus abençoou a Isaque seu filho: e habitou Isaque junto a Beer-Laai-Roi.

And it came to pass after the death of Abraham, that God blessed his son Isaac; and Isaac dwelt by the well Lahai-roi.

E estas são as gerações de Ismael, filho de Abraão, que lhe deu à luz Agar egípcia, serva de Sara:

E habitaram desde Havilá até Sur, que está em frente do Egito vindo a Assíria; e morreu em presença de todos os seus irmãos.

Y habitaron desde Havila hasta Shur, que está enfrente de Egipto viniendo á Asiria; y murió en presencia de todos sus hermanos.

And they dwelt from Havilah unto Shur, that is before Egypt, as thou goest toward Assyria: and he died in the presence of all his brethren.

They lived from Havilah to Shur that is before Egypt, as you go toward Assyria. He lived opposite all his relatives.

E era Isaque de quarenta anos quando tomou por mulher a Rebeca, filha de Betuel arameu de Padã-Arã, irmã de Labão arameu.

Y era Isaac de cuarenta años cuando tomó por mujer á Rebeca, hija de Bethuel Arameo de Padan-aram, hermana de Labán Arameo.

And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padan-aram, the sister to Laban the Syrian.

E orou Isaque ao SENHOR por sua mulher, que era estéril; e aceitou-o o SENHOR, e concebeu Rebeca sua mulher.

E os filhos se combatiam dentro dela; e disse: Se é assim para que vivo eu? E foi consultar ao SENHOR.

And the children struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to enquire of the LORD.

E respondeu-lhe o SENHOR: Duas nações há em teu ventre, E dois povos serão divididos desde tuas entranhas: E um povo será mais forte que o outro povo, e o maior servirá ao menor.

Y respondióle Jehová: Dos gentes hay en tu seno, y dos pueblos serán divididos desde tus entrañas: y el un pueblo será más fuerte que el otro pueblo, y el mayor servirá al menor.

And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.

The LORD said to her, “Two nations are in your womb. Two peoples will be separated from your body. The one people will be stronger than the other people. The elder will serve the younger.”

E quando se cumpriram seus dias para dar à luz, eis que havia gêmeos em seu ventre.

And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb.

E depois saiu seu irmão, pegando com sua mão o calcanhar de Esaú: e foi chamado seu nome Jacó. E era Isaque de idade de sessenta anos quando ela os deu à luz.

And after that came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esau’s heel; and his name was called Jacob: and Isaac was threescore years old when she bare them.

E cresceram os meninos, e Esaú foi hábil na caça, homem do campo: Jacó porém era homem quieto, que habitava em tendas.

Y crecieron los niños, y Esaú fué diestro en la caza, hombre del campo: Jacob empero era varón quieto, que habitaba en tiendas.

And the boys grew: and Esau was a cunning hunter, a man of the field; and Jacob was a plain man, dwelling in tents.

The boys grew. Esau was a skillful hunter, a man of the field. Jacob was a quiet man, living in tents.

E amou Isaque a Esaú, porque comia de sua caça; mas Rebeca amava a Jacó.

Y amó Isaac á Esaú, porque comía de su caza; mas Rebeca amaba á Jacob.

And Isaac loved Esau, because he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob.

Now Isaac loved Esau, because he ate his venison. Rebekah loved Jacob.

E cozinhou Jacó um guisado; e voltando Esaú do campo cansado,

Y guisó Jacob un potaje; y volviendo Esaú del campo cansado,

And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint:

Jacob boiled stew. Esau came in from the field, and he was famished.

Disse a Jacó: Rogo-te que me dês a comer disso vermelho, pois estou muito cansado. Portanto foi chamado seu nome Edom.

Dijo á Jacob: Ruégote que me des á comer de eso bermejo, pues estoy muy cansado. Por tanto fué llamado su nombre Edom.

And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom.

Esau said to Jacob, “Please feed me with some of that red stew, for I am famished.” Therefore his name was called Edom.

E Jacó respondeu: Vende-me neste dia tua primogenitura.

Y Jacob respondió: Véndeme en este día tu primogenitura.

And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright.

Jacob said, “First, sell me your birthright.”

Então disse Esaú: Eis que vou morrer; para que, pois, me servirá a primogenitura?

Entonces dijo Esaú: He aquí yo me voy á morir; ¿para qué, pues, me servirá la primogenitura?

And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?

Esau said, “Behold, I am about to die. What good is the birthright to me?”

E disse Jacó: Jura-me hoje. E ele lhe jurou, e vendeu a Jacó sua primogenitura.

Y dijo Jacob: Júramelo en este día. Y él le juró, y vendió á Jacob su primogenitura.

And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.

Jacob said, “Swear to me first.” He swore to him. He sold his birthright to Jacob.

Então Jacó deu a Esaú pão e do guisado das lentilhas; e ele comeu e bebeu, e levantou-se, e foi-se. Assim menosprezou Esaú a primogenitura.

Entonces Jacob dió á Esaú pan y del guisado de las lentejas; y él comió y bebió, y levantóse, y fuése. Así menospreció Esaú la primogenitura.

Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.
