Or Isacco se ne ritornava di verso il Pozzo del Vivente che mi vede; perciocchè egli abitava nella contrada del mezzodì.

Y venía Isaac del pozo del Viviente que me ve; porque él habitaba en la tierra del Mediodía;

And Isaac came from the way of the well Lahai-roi; for he dwelt in the south country.

Isaac came from the way of Beer Lahai Roi, for he lived in the land of the South.
