12Mais Dieu dit à Abraham: Que cela ne déplaise pas à tes yeux, à cause de l’enfant et de ta servante. Accorde à Sara tout ce qu’elle te demandera; car c’est d’Isaac que sortira une postérité qui te sera propre.

12And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called.

12God said to Abraham, “Don’t let it be grievous in your sight because of the boy, and because of your servant. In all that Sarah says to you, listen to her voice. For your offspring will be named through Isaac.
