Or Abraham et Sara étaient des vieillards, fort avancés dans la vie ; Sara était hors d'âge.

Y Abraham y Sara eran viejos, entrados en días: á Sara había cesado ya la costumbre de las mujeres.

Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women.

Now Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in age. Sarah had passed the age of childbearing.
