Y SARAI, mujer de Abram, no le paría: y ella tenía una sierva egipcia, que se llamaba Agar.
Now Sarai Abram’s wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar.
Now Sarai, Abram’s wife, bore him no children. She had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar.
Saraï dit à Abram: "Hélas! l'Éternel m'a refusé l'enfantement; approche-toi donc de mon esclave: peut-être, par elle, aurai-je un enfant." Abram obéit à la voix de Saraï.
Dijo, pues, Sarai á Abram: Ya ves que Jehová me ha hecho estéril: ruégote que entres á mi sierva; quizá tendré hijos de ella. Y atendió Abram al dicho de Sarai.
And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.
Sarai said to Abram, “See now, the LORD has restrained me from bearing. Please go in to my servant. It may be that I will obtain children by her.” Abram listened to the voice of Sarai.
Saraï, épouse d'Abram, prit Agar l'Egyptienne, son esclave, il y avait dix ans qu’Abram demeurait au pays de Canaan; et elle la donna à son époux Abram pour qu'elle lui servît de femme.
Y Sarai, mujer de Abram, tomó á Agar su sierva egipcia, al cabo de diez años que había habitado Abram en la tierra de Canaán, y dióla á Abram su marido por mujer.
And Sarai Abram’s wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife.

Il s'approcha d'Agar, et elle conçut. Quand elle vit qu'elle avait conçu, sa maîtresse devint l'objet de son dédain.
Y él cohabitó con Agar, la cual concibió: y cuando vió que había concebido, miraba con desprecio á su señora.
And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived: and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes.

Saraï dit à Abram : "Mon injure est la tienne. Moi-même, j'ai placé mon esclave dans tes bras; or, elle a vu qu'elle avait conçu, et je suis devenue méprisable à ses yeux. L’Éternel prononcera entre moi et toi."
Entonces Sarai dijo á Abram: Mi afrenta sea sobre ti: yo puse mi sierva en tu seno, y viéndose embarazada, me mira con desprecio; juzgue Jehová entre mí y ti.
And Sarai said unto Abram, My wrong be upon thee: I have given my maid into thy bosom; and when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her eyes: the LORD judge between me and thee.
Sarai said to Abram, “This wrong is your fault. I gave my servant into your bosom, and when she saw that she had conceived, she despised me. May the LORD judge between me and you.”
Abram dit à Sarai: "Voici, ton esclave est dans ta main, fais-lui ce que bon te semble." Sarai l’humilia, et elle s’enfuit de devant elle.
Y respondió Abram á Sarai: He ahí tu sierva en tu mano, haz con ella lo que bien te pareciere. Y como Sarai la afligiese, huyóse de su presencia.
But Abram said unto Sarai, Behold, thy maid is in thy hand; do to her as it pleaseth thee. And when Sarai dealt hardly with her, she fled from her face.
But Abram said to Sarai, “Behold, your maid is in your hand. Do to her whatever is good in your eyes.” Sarai dealt harshly with her, and she fled from her face.
Un envoyé du Seigneur la trouva près d'une source d'eau, dans le désert, près de la source sur le chemin de Chour.
Y hallóla el ángel de Jehová junto á una fuente de agua en el desierto, junto á la fuente que está en el camino del Sur.
And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur.

Il dit: "Agar, esclave de Saraï, d'où viens tu, et où veux-tu aller?" Elle répondit: "Je fuis de devant Saraï, ma maîtresse."
Y le dijo: Agar, sierva de Sarai, ¿de dónde vienes tú, y á dónde vas? Y ella respondió: Huyo de delante de Sarai, mi señora.
And he said, Hagar, Sarai’s maid, whence camest thou? and whither wilt thou go? And she said, I flee from the face of my mistress Sarai.
He said, “Hagar, Sarai’s servant, where did you come from? Where are you going?” She said, “I am fleeing from the face of my mistress Sarai.”
L'envoyé du Seigneur lui dit: "Retourne chez ta maîtresse, et humilie-toi sous sa main."
Y díjole el ángel de Jehová: Vuélvete á tu señora, y ponte sumisa bajo de su mano.
And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Return to thy mistress, and submit thyself under her hands.
The LORD’s angel said to her, “Return to your mistress, and submit yourself under her hands.”
L'envoyé du Seigneur ajouta: "Je rendrai ta race très nombreuse, tellement qu'elle ne pourra être comptée."
Díjole también el ángel de Jehová: Multiplicaré tanto tu linaje, que no será contado á causa de la muchedumbre.
And the angel of the LORD said unto her, I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude.
The LORD’s angel said to her, “I will greatly multiply your offspring, that they will not be counted for multitude.”
L'envoyé du Seigneur lui dit encore: "Te voici enceinte, et près d'enfanter un fils; tu énonceras son nom Ismaël, parce que Dieu a entendu ton affliction.
Díjole aún el ángel de Jehová: He aquí que has concebido, y parirás un hijo, y llamarás su nombre Ismael, porque oído ha Jehová tu aflicción.
And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction.
The LORD’s angel said to her, “Behold, you are with child, and will bear a son. You shall call his name Ishmael, because the LORD has heard your affliction.
Celui-ci sera un onagre parmi les hommes: sa main sera contre tous, et la main de tous contre lui; mais il se maintiendra à la face de tous ses frères."
Y él será hombre fiero; su mano contra todos, y las manos de todos contra él, y delante de todos sus hermanos habitará.
And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man’s hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.
He will be like a wild donkey among men. His hand will be against every man, and every man’s hand against him. He will live opposed to all of his brothers.”
Et elle proclama ainsi le nom de l'Éternel qui lui avait parlé: "Tu es un Dieu visible!
Entonces llamó el nombre de Jehová que con ella hablaba: Tú eres el Dios de la vista; porque dijo: ¿No he visto también aquí al que me ve?
And she called the name of the LORD that spake unto her, Thou God seest me: for she said, Have I also here looked after him that seeth me?
She called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, “You are a God who sees,” for she said, “Have I even stayed alive after seeing him?”

Agar enfanta un fils à Abram; et Abram nomma son fils, qu'avait enfanté Agar, Ismaël.
Y parió Agar á Abram un hijo, y llamó Abram el nombre de su hijo que le parió Agar, Ismael.
And Hagar bare Abram a son: and Abram called his son’s name, which Hagar bare, Ishmael.
Hagar bore a son for Abram. Abram called the name of his son, whom Hagar bore, Ishmael.
Abram était âgé de quatre-vingt-six-ans, lorsque Agar lui enfanta Ismaël.
Y era Abram de edad de ochenta y seis años, cuando parió Agar á Ismael.
And Abram was fourscore and six years old, when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram.
Abram was eighty-six years old when Hagar bore Ishmael to Abram.
