Sarai adunque, moglie di Abramo, prese Agar egizia, sua serva, dopo che Abramo fu abitato nel paese di Canaan lo spazio di dieci anni, e la diede ad Abramo suo marito, da essergli per moglie

Y Sarai, mujer de Abram, tomó á Agar su sierva egipcia, al cabo de diez años que había habitado Abram en la tierra de Canaán, y dióla á Abram su marido por mujer.

And Sarai Abram’s wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife.
